A refund would be a way that the owner could redeem himself.

Bathrooms recently refurbished.

Broken furniture, floor tiles lifting and serving as dirt trap. Faucet in kitchen very loose. Some kitchen cupboards need attention. Curtains need to be cleaned. Bedding needs to be replaced as they look old and worn. The main bedroom mattress is done and needs to be replaced. We as renters pride in keeping the unit clean but unfortunately there was no dish cloths, drying cloths, no broom or dustpans and one very small rubbish bin. The apartment needs to be painted as the walls are dirty and marked. When you walk into an apartment and the first thing you see is a mouse trap ……

Expected better, but ok for price. But will choose more carefully in the future.

Near train and bus stops. Lots of food venues

It feels slightly shabby. Someone met us to hand over keys and let us in. Dingy hallway. Steps narrow. Apartment looks in need of upgrade. Could be cleaner. The pull out sofa in the lounge room came with doona and pillow but no sheet to put on the couch for sleeping. The TV remote was missing and no reply to an email send regarding this. On our last night (sat) the house was noisy.

Nice place, close to transport and shops. Could drop off bags early which was a great plus.
