The place is amazing, great location.
Close to the beach (5 minutes when you call the facility shuttle).
The villa is looks amazing.
We had a problem with the swimming pool and we couldn't use it for 2 days.

The Villa is beautiful. The view down to the sea is fabulous. It is certainly one of the most comfortable and modern villas we have stayed in.
Our only niggle is there were only 4 sun beds and 6 dining chairs. It sleeps 8 so it could be an issue if you filled the Villa (there was only 5 of us so it was fine)
I would say it’s essential to have a car, again we didn’t mind and found some amazing places to eat a short drive away, but not a location you can walk to restaurants. The hotel is around a 15 minute walk (it’s uphill on the way back) but the one meal we had there was AMAZING!

The villa is modern, built to a high standard with nice views and a beautiful garden. Overall our stay was really comfortable, what adds to comfort is the fact that the villa is managed by a resort so you can order food as room service, order cleaning, massages, or call a technician in case something needs fixing.
We didn't find a vacuum cleaner, which would have been nice to have.
