Incredible location, very comfortable and great facilities, beautifully decorated, great value and very easy check-in, check-out process. Lovely café just beneath it with very friendly staff, very close to grocery shops for food and within a few minutes walk of great restaurants, all the main tourist destinations and the local bus and train station. Literally around the corner from the thermal spa if you're going there. Highly, highly recommend, would definitely use again. Felt very at home straight away and always felt safe. Also lovely showers and a bath, and really gorgeous complimentary local bath products were provided for use. Plenty hairdryers, straighteners and mirrors - absolutely ideal for a girls trip away. Loved it.

Small issues but the WiFi was weak for all of us and cut out regularly, in the end we just used our mobile data, so wouldn't depend on it if you need it for e.g. working. TV kept going into demo mode so part of the screen would get covered every few minutes if using Netflix, but might be just an issue with some setting we weren't aware of. Rooms were also warm at night but that's just the age/type of building, fans were thoughtfully provided for a few of the rooms which helped - just something to be aware of, and maybe pack a small fan or cooling pads - a lot of light gets in from the street as the blinds are thin in some of the bedrooms so just bring a good eye-mask. As I said, very small issues and definitely wouldn't impact us staying there again, we were really happy with the place and would recommend to anyone, especially groups of women.

Perfect location, beautiful house with great amenities. Brilliant to have tea, coffee, milk on arrival. Lovely Toiletries in showers and hairdryers and straighteners in bedrooms. Would be perfect for a girls trip !!

Great location and a really beautiful house.

Blankets/throws would have been appreciated for the slightly chilly lounge at times and also dressing gowns (navy blue maybe) for convenience and to truly feel the luxury. Outside noise in the very early hours was an issue, being so central, so maybe some earplugs on hand also would have covered all bases for that 10/10 score.

Lovely property, excellent location just opposite Bath college so very convenient to park at Avon Street car park. Short walk to centre of Bath We stayed as a family for graduation event.

no indoor area for a pushchair without going up a fair few steps..Only 1 small bath towel each..ladies need 2 when showering and washing hair. we were passed in extra towels after requesting though which is good.
