Please note that the Mornington Shire has strict guidelines affecting holiday rentals, including restrictions on guests and their activities. Outdoor areas including the pool and Spa cannot be used after 11.00pm and noise restrictions apply at all times. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that do not comply with these guidelines.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.

The home was neat and tidy and had everything you needed. Location was great. Walls are paper thin and the home is small. Living room set up not great for a family. Was overpriced for what it offers.
