Located in New Braunfels, this attractive condo for $295 per night is a great option for your next trip. 3/2 condo. Sleeps 8. Master: King. 2nd bedroom: Queen. 3rd bedroom: 2 Twins. Bedroom closet: 2 Twin Roll Away Beds. No Pets Allowed. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. This fabulous second floor 3/2 condo at Camp Warnecke Estates is on the banks of the beautiful Comal River; across the street from Schlitterbahn; an easy walk to the downtown shops, bars and restaurants. The perfect location for your family vacation. This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooks the crystal clear Comal River. Enjoy Schlitterbahn located just across the street, float the Comal River and get out just steps away from your own backdoor or walk up to the Garden St. Bridge for a soothing 30 minutes of “Cruising down the River” – perfect for the little ones. Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up in the parking lot next to Camp Warnecke between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin' R shop is located only .5 miles away. Enjoy the pool and hot tub or explore the beautiful Hill Country. So many things to do you’ll want to stay forever! The Float Inn 3 offers comfort, style, and the best location to enjoy New Braunfels. This unit is tastefully decorated and fully furnished with kitchen utensils and appliances, towels and linens, and beds for 6 plus 2 twin- size rollway's for 2 extra guests. The master bedroom, with a King bed and full bath, is located on one side of the unit while the other 2 bedrooms and guest bath are on the other side. As a guest in this unit, you have exclusive river access in and out of the Camp Warnecke Estates complex to enjoy a float on the Comal River. You are located near the last public tube exit. The river outfitters are easily accessible since they park their shuttles across the street from the condo. The entrance to Schlitterbahn is about a block away making it easy to go in and out of the waterpark with young children. Spend your evenings on the balcony overlooking the Comal River after a long day of tubing or just relax and enjoy the amazing view! All linens are furnished. Only two parking passes provided with one guaranteed numbered spot. The second parking pass is for general parking and is 'first come first served. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Guests will also be provided with 8 wristbands (max amount allowed). No pets allowed. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. **WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time! To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor driveways/parking areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. We had a family vacation and loved this condo! The condo was in a great location to a ton of activities. The location in the complex was great too with it being close to the pool! The only negatives would be the outdated furniture, a bit disappointed in the living room furniture and lack of comfortable seating.

The Float Inn 3 was a wonderful rental. It was very clean and the bathrooms and kitchen were very updated and looked brand-new. The balcony overlooked the Comal and was such a great view. The location was perfect. Our family had a great time and it was one of the best rentals we have stayed in in New Braunfels.

Family River Trip

We enjoyed staying at The Float Inn 3. It had plenty of room for our family of six with a great balcony view of the river. It is so easy to walk across the street, enter the river and float to the private exit or the public exit a bit further. Great location for Schlitterbahn as well. Very strict on having guests visit the condo. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Our rental was very clean, comfortable and the company made it very easy. I checked in after hours, got a door code, and had no issues during our stay. The unit was clean, modern and well stocked with the basics (detergents, soaps, an abundance of towels, and paper products), more than I expected honestly. I wish the master bedroom had blackout drapes as the sun came in and made it very warm and bright early in the morning. An extra floor fan would have been appreciated as it was hot at night. The unit is well situated near the pool/hot tub and the river entry. It is also walking distance from the last public exit. The river was beautiful as always and the unit was very quiet.

WONDERFUL. We had such a great time on our girls trip. We loved floating the river and hanging out at the hot tub. This is the perfect place for families. We could see deer from our balcony, the water was perfect floating from the public access to our condo. I cant wait to bring my family back

Very nice, clean condo, spacious perfect location. Deborah was the best host. She suggested places to eat. Which we took her up on. The Buttermilk Cafe has the best breakfast. We also went to to the Alpine Haus, another place for great German food. We will definitely be back !

Very nice property, well maintained, great location.
We were so bummed at first to learn that all public river access is currently closed. (And disappointed to not learn that from the owner in advance.). However, once we learned how to get on the river safely- we were delighted to have it all to ourselves.
Notes to renters during pandemic:
- BYO tubes. (Rental agencies are closed)
- if it’s easy to bring two cars you can do your own shuttle
- or prepare to walk to downtown in your swimsuit in order to float back to the condo. (It’s an easy 20 min walk)

Exceeded expectations
We had an amazing stay at the property. The private access to the Comal River was perfect and the pool and hot tub after dark were the topping on the cake. What made the rental so amazing is that Deborah was super responsive and a fabulous manager. I will definitely book this property again.

Great Little Getaway
This was the perfect condo for our party of four. You could easily add another couple kids, or a young couple. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities to feed ourselves while we couldn't dine in restaurants and the access to the river was amazing. We could't properly float the river but we could easily access the water and swim/float near the complex. Would stay here again.

This property is ah-mazing! It is also located next to the swimming pool which is a fun hangout spot! From the balcony you can watch people float the river. It’s the perfect spot! We plan on staying again next year!
