Camp Warnecke C105 is a first-floor unit that sits on a bluff above the Comal River, has plenty of space and 2 beautiful balconies with amazing views. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 9 guests maximum. Master Bedroom: King 2nd Bedroom: Queen 3rd Bedroom: Bunkbed with Twin top/Full bottom Livingroom: Sleeper Sofa Fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more! This condo has all the bells and whistles! You will not be disappointed with this well appointed waterfront condo. Enjoy your vacation overlooking the beautiful Comal River in this fully furnished condo. Offering granite countertops, 2 Flat Screen TVs, and all the comforts of home, this condo will exceed your expectations. Camp Warnecke is a well known property perched along the banks of the Comal River. Property grills are located in between buildings and along gated roadside. Camp Warnecke is on Comal Riverfront property with a Pool and Hot tub! -Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can get a 20-minute float in by walking 3 minutes over down the right-hand side of the Garden Street Bridge, float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) to get out and repeat for free all day long! -A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot! -Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) for a 2 hour float! -Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery! - If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service. -And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away! Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex: Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse. Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social. Everyone in party must be 25 or older to book. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information. Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS. Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property. Each condo will receive wristbands per maximum occupancy, which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked and covered parking spot while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis anywhere unmarked on property. Overflow parking is an 8-minute walk, 2 blocks away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce. Security guards are enforced on premises to ensure only guests of Camp Warnecke are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces. Monthly Rates in our Low Season are available!

Our experience at this condo was amazing. It really made me feel like we were at home. We did not feel suffocated like hotels sometimes can due to the limited space. Our view of the river was great and made for a calming experience. Noise was not an issue. Only issue I had with our stay was the main entry door, it felt like that it would not be difficult to open using a little bit of force. I still highly recommended this place if your looking for a home away from home feel.

This is our second year to stay at this property. We love this location. The check-in process is easy. This unit had everything we needed. The only negative we observed is that the unit could have been cleaner particularly with more attention to sweeping, mopping and dusting. We enjoyed our stay and since this is an annual thing for us, I’m sure we’ll be back next summer.

Hit San Marcos for back to school shopping, checked in right on time and the kids had a blast in the Comal River. Walked to Schlitterbahn the next day and picked up DJs homemade pizza on the walk home. Great location and would highly recommended it to others!!!

Enjoy this property very much. Location is wonderful and condo is spacious and clean. The only issue was that you are only given two vehicle placards unfortunately our group ended up in 3 vehicles and found the property management is very strict and one vehicle was towed. So PLEASE make sure to notify property if more than two vehicles.

The app that is supposed to give you your unit #, door code and wifi information was not updated and we had to call the after hours emergency # 3 times on check in day. The unit itself was great. Took 11 days to get the security deposit refunded.

Had such a good time. Loved the location of the property. Property was well appointed with nice things as depicted in the photos. Only thing missing was more soap and spices as mentioned in the River City website. Now I know what to bring and we will be back!

We had a great stay at this property! We are fairly easy to please and were eager for a getaway after months of staying at home. The location is fantastic, an easy drive to town square and Landa Park. The view of the Comal River was peaceful from the patio. Covid restrictions and ice cold water kept us from jumping in. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of room in the unit for our group of six. As mentioned in another guest’s comments, the WiFi password provided in the app is incorrect. The correct password is on a sticky note on the back of the front door. Speaking of the front door, it needs a budge to open as it sticks a bit. Despite those minor hiccups we had a wonderful stay and were treated warmly by the permanent residents above us...nice neighbors!
