Camp Warnecke C105 is a first-floor unit that sits on a bluff above the Comal River, with plenty of space and 2 beautiful balconies with amazing views. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 9 guests maximum. Master Bedroom: Queen 2nd Bedroom: Queen 3rd Bedroom: Bunkbed with Twin top/Full bottom Livingroom: Sleeper Sofa Fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more! Property grills are located in between buildings and along gated roadside. Camp Warnecke is on Comal Riverfront property with a Pool and Hot tub! -Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can get a 20-minute float in by walking 3 minutes over down the right-hand side of the Garden Street Bridge, float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) to get out and repeat for free all day long! -A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot! -Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) for a 2 hour float! -Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery! - If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service. -And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away! Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex: Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse. Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social. Everyone in party must be 25 or older to book. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information. Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS. Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property. Each condo will receive wristbands per maximum occupancy, which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked and covered parking spot while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis anywhere unmarked on property. Overflow parking is an 8-minute walk, 2 blocks away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce. Security guards are enforced on premises to ensure only guests of Camp Warnecke are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces. Monthly Rates in our Low Season are available!

We wanted to plan a last minute trip to the River & Schlitterbahn. The Camp Warnecke condo C105 was the perfect location. The unit is on the bottom corner & right next to the steps down to the river. The kids loves jumping off the bank into the cool deep water! The huge porch was the perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The condo was clean & super well stocked. Even two different coffee makers a Keurig & a regular pot. The kids loved the bunk room. We spent the second day at Schlitterbahn it was literally right across the street. About a 5-10min walk to the entrance. After a long day at the water park we had the BEST homemade pizza. Di’s Homemade pizza is right next door so we ordered for pick up & it was ready in 15min it was the perfect way to end the day!! Eating pizza with a view of the beautiful Comal. We loved it & will definitely be back!

Nice condo, great location to comal and Schlitterbahn. Been staying here for years. Only one complaint/ suggestion. Please bring back you offering trash pickup! It’s really quite inconvenient that we have to hall our own trash. I’ve never stayed at a place that I’ve been paying this much and need to take my own trash out.

Great Condo Complex overlooking Comal River. This condo is directly on the first floor with river views. Walk to pool on the complex, walk to downtown, walk to river float. Enjoyed the first floor and no stairs. Drive up to covered parking space for this condo only. Furniture and interior dated, but practical for groups.

We stayed 2 nights at River City Properties and had an amazing time. Everything we needed was available and accurately listed in the listing. This apartment was walking distance to Schliterbahn, 10 minutes from the Ricking R (where we tubed down the Guadalupe) and over-looked the Comal River. If you stay here you have to be in the back patio at 8:30pm to catch the bats flying through the breezeway and off over the River. It was an awesome sight!! There were groups of deer that would be at the back of our apartment patio in the early mornings and early evenings so make sure to also have something to through out to feed them. Honestly, we could not have stayed at a better place! Highly recommend staying at this property!!

We often come over to the parks and river and the location of this property was ideal. Very close to everything the town has to offer.

Great Stay
A few things that could be improved on are light bulbs need to changed in multiple areas, headboard in master bedroom needs adjusting/secured. Other than that it was a great stay. Love the location of the unit being facing the river and very easy river access.

Best vacation ever!! We have been coming to New Braunsfels since we were kids, and now we bring our kids. They love it. We come every year. We love Camp Warneke and floating the Comal river. It is perfect. We love going to Gruene and shopping in the small stores. We will definitly be back next year!

The condo is nice and roomy. We had 7 in our group. All the appliances were clean and working properly. The beds were all comfy. Note though is watch out for the bathtubs they are very slippery. I fell and hit my back on the wall seat. We had other families in 2 other condos in building B and 3 of them slipped in theirs as well. No major damage but could hurt someone.

The only complaint I have is that there was broken furniture that we couldn't use, but that wouldn't stop me from staying here again because of the convenience and closeness of schlitterbahn, the comal and the guadalupe. Those three things are what we drove down here for, and my entire group was satisfied with the stay and plan on staying at this complex again, just maybe a different condo next summer. Overall I was satisfied with the stay and would recommend it to others if you have two couples that can sleep on the bed, two single people who can share a room and sleep on the twin beds, and one other person to sleep on the couch but *not* the pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed was broken so we went and got a cheap air mattress for our other person (not knowing that they keep extra air mattresses in the leasing office). This sounds negative, but it really isn't meant to. This is an unbeatable location.

River City & the condo owner allowed us to stay at a facility overlooking the the Comal River, at an extremely reasonable rate.
