Francesco the host greeted us outside the city walls, guided us to good free parking and then loaded our luggage and us up into his car to drive us to the apartment in the old town. He even helped carry our bags up the stairs. Exceptional service. Beautiful apartment surrounded by historical views and Conrad supermarket downstairs and a fabulous restaurant Gigi just at the door. Great communication all the way during booking process. Will definitely return and spend more time in Lucca and at this apartment.

Excellent location, beautiful rooms. Francesco was a great host, very knowledgeable about the area, helpful with recommendations and even picked us up from the railway station which was appreciated

Wonderful location in the center of the city and convenient to the largest grocery store so you can cook some at home. Italian summers can be hot and the place has AC in the two bedrooms.

Francesco the host is so kind and will do anything for you - he helped us with our vet visit so we could get back to the UK. The appartment is on the top floor of an historical building and is well equipped- the shower is amazing and the beds very comfortable and the rooms sizeable You can park for free outside the walls with a 15 minute walk to the appartment- many restaurants and shops in easy reach and there is a supermarket next door- you will not be disappointed- book now!!
