Very comfortable, everything we needed. Location excellent.

Excellent accommodation & location right near the Port of Echuca, cafes & hotels.
Would recommend smaller bowls for cereal.

Great location, within short walking distance of the main shops and paddle steamers. We took a paddle steamer to a winery for lunch, the food was amazing, and the setting was lovely, overlooking bushland with native birds, including kookaburras, flying onto the deck.
It was very cold during our stay, and the heater's thermostat didn't seem to work well, running it on full kept the room warm but was quite loud, while turning it down made it quieter but noticeably colder. The room also faces a laneway behind a major hotel, and there was a live band playing loudly until about 11pm on Saturday night.

Location, two toilets, secure parking, outside courtyard, comfortable lounge.
Second bedroom there were 2 single beds, which were short and uncomfortable for adults.
Pool was clean but very cold.
