Beautiful private beach and swimming area. View of the sea from the apartment. No crowds.

Watching sunrise over the beach and sea from my balcony. Assigned beach loungers and umbrella included daily.

Minor issue: Free bicycles need repair/maintenance.

Somewhat disappointed

The fact it was on the beach.

NO RESTRANTS IN AREA, No trash cans in the bedrooms. Need side table lamps in all bedrooms, no convince stores in area. No Uber or taxis come to that area, on the outskirts of Termoli, Not a good location for tourist, or seniors. Hot water was gone after 2 showers, there were 8 of us. You basically need a car or some kind of transportation. There is a tram, but hard for seniors. One restaurant but closed on certain days. Mold on curtains, no paper towels, no napkins, found old moldy bread in cabinet, and refrigerator needs cleaning, better.

Excellent Stay!

The place was absolutely wonderful. The sea view was amazing, and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable — they provided plenty of useful information about the area and more. We especially appreciated having a shaded parking space, which made a big difference during sunny days. Overall, the attention to detail and the cozy atmosphere made this a perfect getaway. Highly recommended!

Tutto perfetto, posizione ideale per chi vuole fare vacanza appartamento-spiaggia. Posto auto coperto un bel plus per non avere l'auto che brucia in estate. Ombrellone e lettini inclusi anche bellissimo plus che non ci aspettavamo

Niente da migliorare. Se proprio devo trovare un lato negativo della struttura é che chiaramente serve l'auto per muoversi perché nelle immediate vicinanze non ci sono bar o negozi

Good location! Only 5 minutes from Termoli. Beautiful view from the condo, private beach right in front of the building. They provided umbrellas and chairs. Good AC

Place is very basic, no decoration at all, cold and no coziness. No coffee maker provided, no soap for laundry, very poor toiletries. NO WI-FI in the room, only at reception
