A comfortable and clean house, with a sea view. The house provided everything needed for a stay for 2 people. The parking space was tight, but it is a bonus to have a parking space in St.Ives. It was just a short (but hilly) walk to Porthmeor Beach.

Location , rooms were great
The noisy narrow IKEA - like stairway. Shower was very narrow and could be dangerous & parking by co tenants made it almost impossible to get in and out of the very very limited parking spot

Lovely bright accommodation with everything you need. Really clean and fresh and quiet location. Well stocked kitchen. The scones, jam and clotted cream left were a real treat and the pint of milk in the fridge was very thoughtful. Not too far to walk to the town or beach but be prepared for steep hills.
Nothing to complain about apart from the pillows which coul do with being replaced.

Well equipped. Comfortable bed, good sleep
Disappointed not given cream tea, scones etc as advertised Had a cake but not the same. On leaving told to empty fridge, put away all dishes, fill dishwasher, empty all bins , put in big bin outside, put all furniture back in place. PLUS, told to strip the bed, take off sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases etc and put in bathroom. First time have ever been asked to strip a bed, bit surprised. Had paid £450. Bit of a rush to do everything requested and leave by 10am.
