The property was comfortable and the ACs worked in every room. Location was central.
We were provided with a property manager contact phone number that did not work. We ran late that day in getting to nice. We called them few times but no response. We got to what was supposed to be a front desk to pick up the keys by 10 pm. It turned out it is a supermarket with no parking. We had to drive three blocks to park and then to come back to get the keys. It turned out, the code that the property management gave them to release the keys expired. The staff of the supermarket tried to get hold of the property manager and we tried as well to be texted back with a phone number for a lady that can provide the code but she did not respond. We waited from 10 om to 11 pm at the supermarket with no help or useful response from the management. We called Booking and were advised to find another place for the night. Imagine searching in high season for accommodation at midnight for yourself and your family which we had to do. The next morning we had to go to the market to pick up the keys and things went smooth from there on. The property management refused to provide credit for the first night we were charged accommodation for it even though, they did not provide the accommodation. Even Booking representative could not reach out via phone to the property manager. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend dealing with such property owner or.manager. also, parking is at 40 Euro near by which is excessive. The property has no parking.
