Hi! Just wanted to share some feedback 😊
The instructions for key collection, check-out, and parking were all clear, thank you.
However, it was a bit confusing to find the unit because the video stops at the parking area (P4).
We had to go around for a bit before we finally found the unit.

Beautiful Pool View! Lower level, near the lift, apartment was clean &’tidy. Laundry rack available to hang clothes after laundry ✨✨✨ , AC & fan works great!
1. Would be better if the door is equipped with safety latch lock ( inside) to prevent sudden - unwanted entry .
2. Please replace the pillow, worn out

I would say overall was good. Just some of the facilities are not functioning well.
Just some feedback:
- the air conditioner was not cool, even though the temperature is 16
- the fridge was not cool
