Not worth the money paid! Host had only excuses that former guest took beach towels

It was in walking distance to most restaurants and Beach

Refrigerator not cooling, no hot water (was not working) bedlamps with European connectors thus not working as not connected! Airco in bedroom the fan motor needs to be changed was very loud to sleep. No bed blanket for the kid Only linen. No Beach towels provided we need to buy also no dispenser for bodywash and shampoo like all other apartments I rented had, only one towel provided for entire stay per person.. two cockroaches were even in the fridge seen as it was not cooling! The noise from street unsupportable especially at the weekend up to early morning!

Very good

we loved the location!

they have to fix the bathrooms lights

7 / 10

Overall pleasant stay but would have to rate $/night for location as a bit high

Location was great as it is right next to beach and very central to shopping and restaurants. In that regard it gets maximum points

Place is a bit tired. Appreciate portions are being reconstructed. Down to one lift which is a bit of a drag as we sometimes had to climb all six flights. Would really appreciate if booking aligns with major event so at time of booking it is understood why prices mighty be higher than normal (triathalon event). Building next door under construction and blocking view of Spratt beach (hence may need to reconsider name)??? All of these factors when searching might be of use?

la ubicacion cerca a todo

8 / 10Excellent·Apr 2026
