The location was very central for Swanage town & beach. There are some steep roads to get to the location if you have problems with mobility. The house was lovely, very clean and comfortable. It was self - catering, but everything you needed to cook meals. The hosts were lovely and very friendly and welcoming.
The house is in a residential area and there was work going on at a couple of neighbours houses which was a bit noisy but didn't upset our holiday. The gulls and crows were lively....
