I liked absolutely everything, a little confusion upon arrival when I didn't quite understand where to drive into the parking lot. I called the reception where a very helpful lady guided me into the parking lot...super service! The hotel seemed clean and nice already upon arrival at the reception, everything was top notch. There were vending machines with both hot and cold drinks and snacks if you wanted. The room was very inviting and very clean and nice, that too top notch. I think this is the best B&B hotel I've stayed at! Highly recommended!

Our 3nights stay was excellent. We had booked Triple room and it was very spacious and convenient. Location was excellent.
Only thing that breakfast options are less but I would not complain about it as its sufficient to fill your stomach though :)

New hotel in a modern building, 5 tram stops from historic centre. Good value for money.
Very soft beds, lack of parking spots.

The rooms were nice and clean but a bit drab. Everything was . . functional. Check-in and out was fine.
The hotel is near the harbour and there is a supermarket with a nice bakery around the corner (perfect as we didn't take breakfast). There are a few restaurants and bars nearby.
The train station is about 10 minute walk to get to the wonderful Warnemunde - be sure to make a visit. It rained all day when we went but it was a great excursion.
The 'bar' is a vending machine with limited supplies which were depleted by thirsty Kraftwerk fans staying at the hotel following their gig at Stadhalle. We managed to get a beer each but that was it. We checked the machine the following day and it hadn't been replenished!
The hotel is fine as a base but it is just somewhere to sleep and take time out - it is not somewhere to relax.
