My favorite thing about this hotel was definitely the location. It was perfect. It was only a 5-minute walk from Metropol Parasol (Las Setas), and since the street where the hotel is located was always busy, I came back after midnight and felt completely safe. The location is really in the middle of everything.
The room’s condition was good and clean. If I visit Seville again, I would like to stay here again.
Since my room was on the lowest floor, it had iron bars on the window and felt a little bit dark. This could be mentioned in advance. It’s not a problem for a short stay, but it might be an issue for a longer stay.

Cleanliness is great! I wasn’t expecting daily room service so this is beyond expectations and thank you.
I like the AC and the refrigerator in the room; They definitely improved the life quality during my stay here.
I like the shampoo and body wash doesn’t feel obviously cheap, like they usually do.
And of course, location was great!
I was skeptical about the check-in process because they keep asking me to add their WhatsApp, and I’m cautious because I’ve received some scam messages regarding my booking at this accommodation (the scammers even have my name and my dates of booking!) But after I checked in everything was smooth.

Well located and clean
Information for the check-in is not complete. We thought we were booking a regular hotel/apartment where the owner or a staff member would at least show up to let us know how things work. Instead, we arrived to the hotel a few hours before the check-in, hoping that someone would take our bags so that we can go around the city but found nothing. There was no one there to help us. No one answering the phones and no one answering text via Booking.com or WhatsApp (they didn’t answer but only 30 minutes before the check-in). We got lucky that someone that was already staying there opened up and gave us information about how things worked.
The other thing that we didn’t like was that the terrace was about the same size of the room, which was tiny. When we tried to open the door, we thought someone was inside because we couldn’t open the door properly, the bed was in the way. There is no space in the room for the door to open. If I had a bigger bag I don’t think it would fit in.
