Gym facility was brilliant. Room was good design and good function.
We came back one evening and the room was not cleaned yet. We requested and the cleaning was done straight away.

Service was great. Spa staff went the extra mile to take care of my 7 year old when he was using the shower facilities alone. Front staff Suki Hu was also very helpful when we checked out. Overall great experience!
Swimming pool caps only policy was a bit troublesome. We had to purchase caps. The front door staff not so helpful with getting taxi.
