I am a fellow rental owner in another state and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. The house had literally everything we could think of from cooking supplies to spices to Firewood everything was very carefully thought out which made our trip absolutely amazing for my uncle and I. You absolutely cannot beat the views or the location for what we had going on with fishing at the Cotter dock we will be back again

From start to finish great communication with Charlie. The place has everything and I mean everything to have a great time fishing and relaxing next to the river. The river is just down the stairs from the property and one can wade in all the way to the middle of the river. We also made use of the firepit with plenty of seating chairs around it. The inside is also well equipped with a great large kitchen, large rooms and well stocked bathrooms. There was really nothing missing and the owners really tried to anticipate every need one could have while enjoying their time at the property.
Nothing really.
