The property was in a perfect area close to the main road meaning very accessible. The staff from the cleaning to the kitchen staffs were very kind
We just requested to be given the room we had booked with balcony and since then the lady at the reception has been showing us very bad attitude then we asked if we can stay within the property after we checked out cause our sgr is 10 pm and she told us we need to pay 8000 … tht was so unfair we just wanted to buy food and stay just within we had to book a Airbnb to stay before sgr time .. during checkout she never even talked to us she just took the keys she has no customers service we didn’t like the way she treated us . Its the lady in day shift

Great access to the beach. Refreshing pool. Big rooms. Good safe in the room.
No hot water. Sign in shower says run for 5 mins. I did this and more, still no hot water. Rooms were dilapidated, cupboards warped, bathrooms not clean. Breakfast was focused on local food and preparation of eggs was terrible.
