very near in ximen station

Location is superb. Just a few steps away from Ximen MRT Exit 6. The property is a bit hard to find, good thing they sent instructions prior our stay on how to locate it. Check in is via a kiosk but there is a receptionist available when we arrived. Room and beds are clean. Bathroom is clean too, no bathtub though, but spacious and has glass enclosure for the shower area. Towels and slippers are provided. Mineral water are also provided during our stay. We just requested for room cleaning a few days after our check in. So far, we had a nice and comfortable experience with Gugis Inn.
Property is a bit hard to find, but they sent a message with instructions on where to go, so I don't think it's a big problem. Rooms are not really soundprooof, you can hear noises or other people talking from hallway and the adjacent room, but it did not bother us.

Location is very near to Ximen Station and room is spacious.
A little bit difficult to find the room level (floor) and no 24 hours counter.

great location at Ximending, right a the mrt station.
But be prepared to spend some time locating the 'hotel'.
Plentiful food just downstairs.
1) no windows
2) directions given to us (to the hotel) were not clear. we were not told which floor to go to for check-in. We had to try floor by floor on the 11-storey building.
3) 1st day informed customer service that the water dispenser on our floor not working, still not fixed on the 4th day when we left. we had to go to other floors to get water everyday.
4) The shower water temperature fluctuates on its on, causing my 6YO daughter to be scaled by hot water.
5) For baggage deposit, we had to drag our luggage down the street to another building directed by the customer service.
