A beautiful house with a retro vibe. Spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Three bedrooms, one bathroom and two toilets so plenty of room for a family. Thoughtful extras like a table tennis table and games, throw rugs in the loungeroom, washing machine, laundry detergent provided, air con in the lounge room and heaters and extra blankets in all bedrooms. Comfortable beds and great shower. Very clear access instructions from the host. Sarah is extremely helpful. I had a problem with the washing machine despite clear written instructions (my error). I rang Sarah who did everything she could to help and sorted it out quickly. Excellent location just a few minutes walk to the main street with cafes, restaurants, bakeries and supermarket close by.
The proximity to the local pub which has live music at night (at least on the weekend we stayed). It is quite audible at the property and seemed to finish about 11.30pm. This may be a consideration if you go to bed early or have children with you.

Perfect location - 2 min walk to main street. Was down for a golf trip with friends and it suited our needs perfectly. Easy communication with the host Sarah who was quick to reply to any questions. The house was very clean and spacious. Alfresco area was great.
Traffic noise from street, but picked the house for the location and know the area, so expected to hear traffic.

Central location: easy walk to central Margaret River. Large house.
Busy road. Noisy traffic, even early in the morning. Noisy people at night. Older style house and furniture.
