not worth it

i like that it's in Tower 2 and has Taal view from the room

we were not informed prior to our check in time na late na pala kami mapapapasok. we waited 1 hr sa lobby and yung assistants they didn't sound accommodating at all. when we entered the room, sobrang strong ng amoy ng bleach masakit sa ilong. 4pm na kami nagkaroon ng internet pero suuuuuper bagal parang nasa 1-3 mbps lang. very unreliable. may netflix available pero sobrang bagal ng internet so wala din. plus yung 1 light bulb at light sa cr lang working. pundi yung mga ilaw sa kitchen at sa door way. no complimentary soap/shampoo. exhaust fan in cr wasn't working. we asked for an extra blanket bc we were 4 but they declined. kung ano lang daw andon yun na yon.

Worst

Nothing.

1. There's no wifi connection. They said that they already have it loaded, but as we check (yes we have ways to check because we know how to), there's none. So all throughout our stay, we weren't able to use the wifi. Signal of the telecom is not an issue because we are using our mobile datas from the same network. 2. Television is also not working properly. "no signal" is all we got every time we try to open it. One of the remote controls doesn't even have a battery! Also the wall clock is not working! I assume it also has no battery. My goodness! 3. There's no rugs on the floor or even at the bathroom door. It's a must! 4. The host asks for an additional Php200 pesos just because we are checking in "late" which is NOT stated in the website. She said that it's for the transportation expense of her caretaker. But guess what!? The caretaker is still in that place assisting other guest. So how come you will charge us additional 200 for arriving late? It's not late like midnight. We arrived at 6:30pm. 5. The Host, the caretaker, and the other lady assisting us is NOT FRIENDLY. Ms. Beth (the caretaker) even raised the tone of her voice when I asked her about the tv and the wifi. Overall, I didn't enjoy staying at this place.

The place was great, the view was amazing, and, the caretaker was really accommodating.

Wifi was slow and we couldn't seem to get the tvplus to work. Good thing there was a Bluetooth speaker available; we were able to sing our hearts out.
