Schönes Reihenhaus in ruhiger Wohnsiedlung. Günstige Lage zu Bus und Bahn. Durch Kurtaxe kostenlose Fahrt mit ÖPNV im Umland und Wernigerode. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Nachbarn machten einen sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Eindruck.
Der Zugang zum Obergeschoß erfolgt über eine Treppe, ist also nicht für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen geeignet. Trotz Bewegungsmelder wäre ein kleines Nachtlicht im Flur hilfreich, sich als Fremder im Dunkeln in der Umgebung zurecht zu finden.

Alles was aanwezig voor een goede vakantie kon derikt koken en zo. Was er gezellig leuk huisje en heel rustig gelegen en toch ook centraal bij de winkel, kunt overal te voet geraken of je kunt de bus nemen this echt een aanrader.
Hebben geen gebruik van lieving gemaakt omdat die boven is en nog al donker. Anders totaal geen opmerkingen.

Die Lage war sehr gut, denn das Zentrum von Wernigerode ist auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Nähe ist ein Einkaufsmarkt (Penny), der in 3min. zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.
Die Aufbewahrungsbox der Auflagen für den Aussenbereich ist Wasserdurchlässig.
