Only need two words. Extremely disappointing!

Could be great if cared for properly.

Owner did not take our booking. Thought it was a scam. Booking.com however confirmed it was ok. Much better communication needed with owners and booking.com. No clean room availability and no one to meet us when we arrived. We had advised through booking.com that we would arrive after 5pm. Owner had no choice but to put us in a larger unit and clean the next day. The room we booked was definitely not described properly. It’s on the ground level with no view. In all a very unsatisfactory situation. Property is relatively new but extremely poorly maintained and dirty. Ensuite bathroom poorly designed. You cannot get to the basin without closing the door. Some lights not working and no hot water in showers.

The apartment was great but didn’t have a view or a balcony like I thought it would.

I liked that Luiggy contacted me plenty of time before my arrival to help me with directions and details.

A bit more communication from the adults.
