About this condo rental
Nestled in Vail, this lovely condo for $178 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. **Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking *** Town of Vail Short-Term Rental Registration Number - License #: 025812 Our 2-bedroom condo is located in the heart of Vail. It's just a short distance to the lifts and the hustle and bustle, restaurants, shops and skiing amenities. In the main living space, our unit features a gas fireplace, cozy overstuffed furniture, and cable TV with a 54" flat screen that is ideal for the perfect ski vacation. We have a fully-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, granite counter tops, and all of the comforts of home. High-speed wireless internet and washer/dryer make our home perfect for extended stays. Access to the unit and throughout the Vail valley including to both resorts is also easy! The free ski shuttle stops just a 3 minute walk down the road and takes you to the transportation center within eight minutes! *Note* - There is only 1 parking pass per unit. Other vehicles can be parked on street, but will be towed during plow season if left on plow days. Other pubic parking is .2 miles down the road. It is not necessary to have a vehicle. Bus transportation is great in the Vail valley. Bed Configuration: 1st Bedroom - King Bed (Second level) 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed (Second level) Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we're doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Very nice remodeled unit. However, carrying luggage from parking lot up stairs and the length of the building was brutal. Once in the unit more stairs. To get to the bus stops was an extra 3-4 flights of stairs. Never again. By the way, the walk from the bus drop off to the village is a little hike with a lot of stairs.

The place was as described. It was cozy and clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything. The main area was a short drive,, around 5 min. There was a pedestrian bridge Close by, but we never walked.

Upon arrival the units are not marked well. Once we got out of the car, we noticed that the only way to this unit was by a gravel trail. I will note that you can enter with ALL your bags at the other end and take the 3 flights of stairs and walk the length of the property. I wish this had been disclosed in the details. I had back surgery 7 weeks before so this was an obstacle that I would have liked to be prepared for. The unit overall is very nice, kitchen is fully stocked and easy to get around in. The wine cooler pictured is gone. The washer/dryer needs directions to run it. We spent way to much time trying to get it to work and to dry the clothes. A clothes hanger would be nice for this. The furniture is over stuffed and only the recliner was comfortable. We had to make seats with pillows out of the lawn chairs in order for all 3 of us to sit and watch a movie. Upstairs the bedrooms and bathroom are very nice. The beds are comfortable and the closets are big. The shower is amazing as long as your are 5'8 or taller. I am 5'5 and could not reach the shower head. We grilled outside a couple times and the new grill is a nice and needed addition. We had friends over and unfortunately these units restrict guests so you have to send them up the road to park and then they have to climb down a long stair case to get to the back of the units. There was dog hair under the table and near the closet doors downstairs. For the very LARGE cleaning fee, I would expect to have a VERY CLEAN unit. Over all it was a good stay. I would really recommend checking out the unit thoroughly if you are older or have health issues. For us it was a work out literally everyday!

We skied during the week, not the weekend, and found the drive and parking to be very easy and convenient. We saw busses drive around the condo neighborhood but were happy to use our rental car.

The kitchen is fantastic and has everything you could expect. The place is spacious and we enjoyed having a separations between bedrooms upstairs and living area downstairs. Perfect size for 3-4 people. The living area is comfortable and we enjoyed the gas fireplace. There is a TV with Roku for streaming in the living area and in both bedrooms. Beautiful Property
We loved staying here! Close to Vail Village and Lionshead. Property we exceptionally clean and well taken care of. My only recommendation would be curtains for the upstairs bedrooms. The security lights from the parking lot constantly show in through the night so a bit hard to sleep.
