With upscale shops and restaurants minutes away at St. Armands Circle, Smooth Sailing is perfectly located for you to indulge in lazy beach days and evenings of fine dining and entertainment. Highlights • Rooftop deck with Gulf views • Pool + hot tub + waterslide • Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach • Ping Pong and Foosball table + Dog Friendly • 4 bicycles are provided for guest use The main living area has a fabulous seating area with two sofas, two opulent chairs, a tv, and the chef’s kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, with a luxe suite of stainless steel appliances and a large island with countertop seating. Dine indoors at the formal dining room table or on the main balcony, and afterward, mix up some tropical drinks at the wet bar in the kitchen and head up for a private sunset viewing on the rooftop deck overlooking the Gulf, Lido Key, and Sarasota. Use the elevator for easy access to any of the six bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms - unpack your beachwear and dive into a luxury island vacation. The third-floor primary suite has a private balcony and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and an enclosed shower with a soaking tub. Four of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and some have balcony/rooftop acccess. The sixth bedroom was designed with the younger guests in mind and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. There is a second family room and an additional bathroom with a shower and tub combination on the third floor, and on the main floor, there is a laundry room and a half bath. Room Details -Primary Bedroom, 3rd floor: King bed, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity, enclosed shower with standalone tub -Second Bedroom, 3rd floor: Full bed, rooftop access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower -Third Bedroom, 3rd floor: Full bed, rooftop access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower -Second Primary Bedroom, 2nd floor: King bed, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower -Fifth Bedroom, 2nd floor: Full bed, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower -Sixth Bedroom, 2nd floor: Full over Full bunk bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination PARKING: 2-3 Car Garage, and 2-4 cars in the driveway MAX. Temporary Street Parking ONLY (1-hour) - strictly enforced by the City of Sarasota This home is part of our Property Manager Program, so if you need dining reservations, a fishing charter, an airport transfer, grocery delivery set up, your Property Manager can help arrange this for you. It is exclusive, and our services are inclusive of your reservation and designed to make your stay a completely carefree and perfect experience. We also include beach chairs, bikes, a cooler, and a beach cart to make it easy for you and your family to head to the beaches or Lido Key. If you want privacy, with only the sounds of the waves lapping the shore, while you sit on the now World Famous White Sand Beaches of Lido Key and Siesta Key then this is your vacation home. If you want all of this, and your own Property Manager, who will handle all guest relations before, during, and after your stay, then this is your home. This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are Always included for your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility for every guest. This property has an active Ring doorbell and additional video surveillance on the pool equipment only. Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home. We enjoyed our stay on Lido Key. The home is in a good location and nicely decorated. We had some minor inconveniences that maintenance promptly addressed. I did try to inquire about a later check-out (12pm vs 10am), however, after multiple text inquiries, I was told to call a number which I did, and left a message. I never received a call back. Cleaning crew arrived at 9:40am the day of check-out and began before our check-out time (we were prepared for a 10am departure). Overall it was a nice stay.

Very happy with our find for our family. The pool was the kids favorite part. We spent most of our time in the spacious outdoor area. It was ideal to have the garage area with extra fridges and freezer. This house had everything we needed. We called regarding a couple things and someone was there right away. Enjoyed that the beach was so close by and we made several trips to Armand Circle. We had a great vacation. Thanks!

We were an extended family of 8. The house is so spacious that we never felt cramped. Everything about this property is top shelf. We absolutely loved the pool and the slide is such a great addition. There are so many games in the garage that we didn’t even notice the 2 rainy days. Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Thank you for making our special occasion even more special.

The house was beautifully appointed. The pool and bottom garage areas were done with privacy and entertainment in mind. The only major disappointment were the bugs, which looked like small mosquitos, made it almost unbearable to sit outside. We usually enjoy our morning coffee outside and we could not do this . After returning home from dinner at night, we could not enjoy this beautiful space. No amount of bug spray, and citronella candles seemed to ward off these bugs. Also, I would suggest more beach chairs be provided for this size house. We had to rent chairs daily at the beach to accommodate our family. Also, an automatic additional ice maker in the garage would be a great investment. The kitchen freezer never had enough ice for more than 2or 3 drinks.

This is a beautiful house with everything you need for a family vacation. The pool is fabulous with the shallow end for the little kids perfect. The bedrooms were very comfortable , each with its own bath. House has a beach wagon, beach chairs and a cooler for the short walk to the beach. . We had a great stay. The only negative were the mosquitos, so bring your bug spray! We had some rain so the mosquitos were out. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful, modern, full amenity home. Loved the location as it was close to beach, St. Armands Circle, Sarasota. Negative was too many steps in the home to get from floor to floor especially to take two small dogs out. Although the pool and spa were great, it was dark and uninviting to be under the house.

Property was well maintained and comparable to photos online. Property manager was attentive. Perfect space for 4 families with 7 kids under age 6. Short walk to beach. Pool/water slide/hot tub was awesome! Lots of outdoor space. Would definitely go back.

Two families (total of 11 people) comfortably stayed at this house for three weeks in Jan./Feb. 2021. The house is well-designed and roomy with every modern amenity. The star of the property is the heated pool with water slide and huge built-in hot tub. The pool is surrounded by beautiful landscaping that provides plenty of shade and pockets of sunshine. The location of the house is perfect. It's just a five minute walk to Lido Beach and a ten minute walk to the shops and restaurants at St. Armands Circle. The only bad part about our stay was having to leave. We can't wait to go back some day.
