Great location with very good facilities and amenities. The property is very close to the beach and St. Armands Circle, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. You can easily walk everywhere, which makes the location very convenient. It is more quiet than Siesta Key.

The only minor area for improvement would be the wooden deck at the entrance, which could use a fresh coat of paint and, the exterior lighting. At night, the property felt quite dark, so some additional outdoor lighting would make the entrance and surrounding areas feel more welcoming and comfortable. Other than that, we had a very good experience.

Location 10/10, just steps from the beach! The place was very clean, cozy, and had a lovely beachy vibe. There were so many thoughtful touches that made our stay extra comfortable, like the high-quality bed and pillows, a beach cart with everything we needed, bikes, and more. We really enjoyed our time there, even with one rainy day. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay here again!
