Boasting a full kitchen, eight foot high ceilings, washer/dryer, king bed, fireplace and much more, you will feel right at home. Also, being situated right next door to Metropolitan Market (a high end grocery store) makes everything convenient. Pop over for coffee and doughnuts, the deli for lunch, or their hot food line for dinner, they have it all, including wine and liquor, simply across the street. We really enjoyed our stay at Cody's place. The apartment was very clean, modern, beautifully decorated & well-appointed. It's in a great location, just minutes from downtown Seattle. Cody provided helpful instructions & excellent restaurant recommendations & things to do in the area. If we're ever in Seattle again, we would definitely stay here!

This two bedroom unit was a delight. It was roomy and well furnished. It was clean and bright. And all finishes were high end and excellent quality. My granddaughters and I enjoyed watching a movie on the huge screen tv in front of a warm fire. The owner made us feel welcome and it was overall just a really good experience. I would highly recommend a stay here.

This was such a beautiful spot to stay! Everything was incredibly clean and the location was awesome! We had so much fun exploring Discovery Park which is just a couple blocks away from this apartment. Highly recommend this place!

Property was in our preferred neighborhood, very clean, updated modern, comfortable with every amenity we could need. We were just two, but we could easily bring our adult son next visit. Really appreciate the easy check-in and Cody was easily accessible if we needed anything. Private, very safe property if anyone is traveling on their own. Just love proximity to Metropolitan Market and Discovery Park. Many thanks and appreciation.

If you're looking for a reprieve hustle and bustle of city (but still only a10 minute drive away), walking distance to Discovery Park and neighborhood Metropolitan Market less than 1/2 block away, this is the place for you! And, add to that a really nice. quick to respond, accommodating host. The special touches were an added bonus!

We took advantage of his cooking services and had a nice steak dinner soon after we arrived, which also had some pretty strict dietary restrictions and it was delicious! Was very reasonably priced too. The house was extremely clean, cute décor, and well stocked. Lots of great personal touches! Plenty of street parking. We got a spot right out front with no issues. Great area/location and price! Will definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous unit, location couldn't be better

This rental is absolutely stunning! It's modern but cozy, nicely laid out, clean, well-stocked, and completely immaculate. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot, the wi-fi was fast, and the fireplace was especially relaxing. It was also incredibly convenient to have access to a washer/dryer, as we could pop our wet clothes into the dryer for a few minutes before heading out again. Everything was easy - communication with Cody, checking in and out, parking, finding and using anything in the place...one of the best rental experiences I have had. We very much enjoyed the location of the property as well. It was 1/2 block to the grocery store and with a fully equipped kitchen, it was lovely to be able to have our meals at "home". Just 2 blocks away is the beautiful Discovery Park for trail running and hiking, though even just wandering around the beautiful neighborhood was great. I couldn't recommend this place more and definitely hope to return!
