About this apartment rental
We bought this condo to enjoy with our 2 children the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. At the Resort you will enjoy beautiful views, restaurants, water games, private beach, golf course, shops, ice cream, arcade, fresh food etc. walking you will easily reach these places

Our room was nice and the host was very accommodating. There was an issue with check in ; it took 21 mins for the code to come through, but the host extended our stay an hour at checkout. He was very kind.We appreciated that. I would like to have had a few more towels due to having our grandchildren. The unit overall was very clean and beautiful. Parking was good. Especially since it was June. The pool was clean as well as the gym and grounds overall.

We have stayed in Ariel Dunes 2 several times before this…just needed a bigger condo. First, I would like to say the host is very responsive, and I would definitely stay in this condo again. Be prepared to go a couple of blocks to go get your parking passes for the week. I didn’t even mind to pay for them, but I feel like they should be in your room upon check in.If you cook a lot in the condo.. bring some extra items. (mainly like serving bowls.. steak knives)We brought our countertop ice maker and bottled because the condo ice maker and water dispenser doesn’t work. I would recommend bringing extra washcloths and towels.

The thing that bothered me the most about this experience was finding out the parking passes were not included in the rental. I stayed at Ariel Dunes the previous 2 years with different hosts and both times our parking passes were waiting for us on the island when we checked in. This time, I had to go find the parking pass and pay the extra fee, which was only 10 each, but took about 5 hours of my vacation time. The condo says it sleeps 10 but only gives you bedding for 6 and kitchen place settings for 4. There were only 3 wash cloths and 3 hand towels total and no hand soap in any of the bathrooms when we checked in. None of the tv remotes worked. Overall, it was clean and convenient, but for being advertised for sleeping 10 people, I would think the condo would be supplied for 10 people.
