This home has been recently updated with new paint throughout the interior and exterior of the home, new wood flooring and new furnishings! Come enjoy the spectacular scenery of the ocean views from the living room, dining room and kitchen areas as well as ample space outside for casual dining on the lower deck and an upper deck area "Crow's Nest" where you can bask in the Florida sun while relaxing on chaise loungers and enjoying the ocean breeze! There is a large kitchen for preparing meals for the family or guests. This wonderful kitchen is fully stocked and has all new stainless steel appliances as well as a great breakfast bar area with seating for 5! In addition to the seating of the breakfast bar, there is even more seating in the dining area with a spacious dining room table and 10 colorful and fun chairs while enjoying the oceanfront views! There are 4 spacious bedrooms, with the master bedroom having a king size bed with adjoining full bath. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a full size on the bottom and a twin size on the upper for the kids to enjoy. The third bedroom hosts a queen bed and with a large closet for storage. There is also another full hall bathroom and a 1/2 bath available. The fourth and final bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining full bathroom including a soaking tub! This home is surrounded by a large grassy area and outdoor shower for guests to enjoy as well as a huge back deck with natural pathway leading to the ocean! For those guests who prefer, you can also use the beach access with boardwalk just two houses over. Very close and convenient! This home has everything needed for a fun and relaxing vacation with family and friends! Whether you choose to explore Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island, sunbathe on the decks or venture out for a day at the beach, we look forward to your visit! **For larger families/friend groups that are traveling together, we also manage the oceanfront property just next door. We had a fantastic stay at your property. The location was perfect and the beach access was amazing! The house itself was spotless and just as described. We had ample room for our family of 5. The sunrise/sunsets were just amazing! The beds were comfortable and we also loved the layout of the property! Would definitely stay here again!!

We had 3 couples meet for a reunion trip. The house was spacious and well stocked with everything we could have needed. We plan to make this an annual trip from now on. The location was a halfway point for all of us. Grocery stores and restaurants were close. The gas grill worked but seemed to be on its last leg. The boardwalk was nice and helped with privacy. Loved seeing the wild bunnies hopping around. We plan to visit again. Thank you for a great stay.

Loved having everything on one floor ! Bedrooms at the back , perfect for quiet nap time. Deck and small backyard allowed for morning coffee and playtime. Will rent again !

Beautiful home, great for larger groups, with its own private access to the beach. The deck was awesome, but in need of some repair (some boards rotted or loose). We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful stay in a quite beachfront home. Loved that there was enough parking , 4 cars, as our women were coming from different areas. House was beautifully laid out and a nice big deck made sitting outside a joy. Highly recommend. for families too ! All one story and the bedrooms are nice and roomy.

The property was as pictured and described. It was very clean and in a good location. The beach is quiet (early May). The property manager was quick to respond to questions. We would stay again if we come back to Amelia Island.

The house was just like the pictures. Our stay was two families with young kids and the space worked great. The kids loved running down the boardwalk to the beach and we loved being so close! The beach felt private at times and the sunrises were amazing. The kitchen was big, rooms were spacious and comfortable and everything was clean. We had a great stay and would recommend!

We loved our stay at this house, specifically the East beach access (perfect to walk back and forth with kiddos), grill and patio for meals, fully stocked kitchen and comfy beds! Outdoor shower and comfy beach chairs are a major plus as well. Make sure to pack an umbrella anchor, the beach is windy! Thanks to Amy for easy checkin and a spotless house.

Our group consisted of four couples. The property was very spacious and clean. The access to the beach via the boardwalk looks more intimidating than it is. We had an issue with the grill but the management team was on it and brought us a new one. I would highly recommend this rental for a large group. The only recommendations I would have is that the rental property provide adequate amenities with reference to paper towel, hand soap, dishwashing soap and laundry soap. Overall excellent stay and many memories made!

Our stay was fantastic. First, the property manager Amy is fantastic and very responsive. The house was incredibly clean and updated. The best stocked house we have ever rented. I was a little worried about the views since it was a one floor home, but the views are great on the main floor and especially from the upper deck. The fact that there were several beach chairs and boogie boards was a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this lovely home during the busiest time of year on Amelia Island. The location was perfect given that we were showing a car at the concours. The layout is perfect for a large dinner party and multiple guests. Additional parking at Beach Access 29 located close by is an additional positive. We have no regrets and recommend the home if it is financially feasible to a potential renter.
