About this house rental
Nestled in Vancouver, this lovely house for $188 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Come stay in our renovated home on 1.5 acres in Orchards, Vancouver. Conveniently located 10 minutes from I-205, the interior of the home features an open floor plan with two living spaces, dining room, laundry area, and a kitchen with updated appliances and many kitchen accessories for all your cooking needs. Its a great place for a whole family to stay or to meet up with family from out of town. The home has many games, puzzles, cable and smart TV for inside entertainment. We have a jacuzzi right outside the back door under cover and an amazing 1.25 acres of private forested park perfect for morning walks, or for the family to just run around. It features a backyard gazebo and lounge furniture, seasonal vegetable garden, open grass areas, a bamboo forest path, and another outdoor seating area with a picnic bench and fire pit (when conditions are allow). There is one parking spot in the covered parking at the house and then many additional spots in the back gravel parking area for other vehicles. The property does have an outdoor surveillance system. Additional details on system will be included in home packet of information. The home is located with in walking distance to a neighborhood park and bike trails and is a 5 minute drive to many grocery stores and within 10 minute drive to Vancouver mall. Conveniently located only 10 minutes away from the 205, it makes it a great location to visit many Pacific Northwest day adventures, such as Hood River, Columbia River, Portland, PDX Airport, and beyond.

The house is sitting on a super big lot so it is a great place for all backyard games. The yard has several cozy garden "rooms".
As for the house, the pictures don't show what a great place this is! We used the hot tub both nights we stayed and the beds are comfortable. My only complaint is the wonky shower head in the master suite. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The layout of this rental was exceptionally nice for our family of six adults. Two living rooms, with dining room in between, and kitchen right there, gave ample space for multiple activities at once. Loved the hot tub and fresh veggies from the garden. Beautiful kitchen. Master bath could use a new shower head. But that's truly the only negative. We'd definitely stay here again if coming to the Pacific NW. Worked wonderfully for making day trips to Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Rainier, the Columbia River Gorge, Willamette Valley, Portland, Astoria and Cannon Beach.

We rented Cassandra and Joby’s lovely home as base for the marriage of our daughter. Although only 7 of us stayed (one on an air mattress), we had plenty of room to welcome wedding guests from Montana, Colorado, Tennessee, Nevada, Idaho, California and Washington. The location was especially comfortable for our elderly parents. Lots of parking and the spacious deck, bamboo forest and other seating areas made the property exceptionally suited to the comings and goings of family and friends. Kids loved the bamboo forest, and Cassandra invited them to pick blueberries and raspberries. What a special treat. The owners could not have been more welcoming and flexible as our travel plans were a bit of a moving target. The home was very clean, has a large living room, kitchen and second sitting area and lots of parking. Our experience was exceptional!

My elderly father and I stayed for two weeks and were very happy. The house has many extras which made it extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with barely used appliances and utensils so preparing meals was no problem. The many positive comments made in previous reviews can be believed. The huge yard provided hours of book reading although it was hard not to keep looking around as it’s unbelievable. Cassandra was kind, gracious and helpful, providing all we needed for our time.
Stores and restaurants are close. There is much to see in this area and having this sweet house to return to each day made for a very nice stay
Light sleepers might be affected by the busy street but the master bedroom is probably quieter than the smaller room.
I definitely recommend the house and hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

We really enjoyed the property. Beds and linens were so comfortable, kitchen was nicely stocked, and the back yard was nice for our grand daughter to run and play. Fire pit was nice too. We were close to grocery stores and school for play area.

This house was perfect for our weekend stay, plenty enough room for everyone and not a far drive from lots of activities! The communication with the hosts and check-in were very easy as well. We loved enjoying the outdoor space, the multiple spaces actually. The bamboo forest might have been my favoritw part. Highly recommend this stay for families or a group of people!

The house was perfect for our family who were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. Conversing with the house managers was easy with quick friendly replies. The house was stocked with so many supplies! And the yard is spectacular! The advertisement describes it perfectly but it’s so much better in person. The house held our guests for the graduation reception and everyone enjoyed walking all around the property. We would stay there again if we have another event in Vancouver.

This house is in an area that is easily accessible to the interstate, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. Hosts have great communication and are available if needed. The well-stocked kitchen (everything to make complete meals for one person or 10), comfortable beds, plush towels, washer & dryer make this place like home. There is also a spacious back area that includes a covered area and fire pit. A great space for both kids and adults to explore. Overall, a wonderful place!

We had a great time at this property. It was rainy so we didn't get to enjoy all the outdoor space. But the hot tub was under a gazebo and we enjoyed using that both nights. Location was perfect for us, half way between Ilani and downtown Vancouver. Would definitely visit again.

We came for a concert at the nearby amphitheater and it was the perfect house for us. We played horseshoes during the day in the huge yard, the kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils, and everything was really clean.

Property is a gem!
The location is very convenient to get everywhere in this region. Property is so spacious, secure, and beautiful. My kids loved running around yard, picking blueberries, and walking next door to school playground. House has lots of room, is very clean, and has EVERYTHING you need. Property managers were caring, helpful and really wanted to make sure your trip went great. Thanks so much for this property.

Beautiful property
Our stay was just what we hoped for. The property and home are lovely. The hot tub was a nice ending to our days. The hosts we're kind, helpful, and responsive to our needs. They even went out to by fans for us until the AC was repaired. We would definitely stay here again.

Just like home
We stayed here for 2 weeks while visiting our son and his family in Vancouver. This property checks all the boxes! Comfy bed, well-stocked kitchen for full meal prep and service, very clean, great communication with friendly managers, nice extra touches such as wall hooks placed just right in various locations. The home is close to restaurants, Walgreens, grocery store, and the large area behind the house is wonderful for kids and adults alike to explore. Highly recommend!

This home was perfect. Clean and organized. Communication with property owner and property manager was excellent. The hot tub was awesome!!!
We really enjoyed how they have been developing there back yard into a bamboo garden as well.
I would strongly recommend staying at this home if you are planning a trip to Portland or Vancouver area!

Checking out Vancouver WA for the Winter
The property and property manager were a pleasure.
Before arriving I was able to communicate with and receive answers to my questions easily. The home was spacious, clean, and necessary supplies were available to make our stay convenient. The land around the home was well maintained and beautiful even during winter. The check-in process with the owner was simple. During our stay any concerns or questions we had were answered quickly by the manager. For example, we did have a maintenance issue come up with the master bathroom hot water. When this occurred the property manager was quick to take action. One other point of caution is for light sleepers, Loud vehicles using this frequently traveled street can be heard even the master bedroom located in the back of the home. In conclusion we really enjoyed this property and the property manager. We would use this property again if we visited the area.

What a Great Find!
What a perfect place! This house is very comfortable, has a great layout and has everything you would ever need. We hosted Thanksgiving for our family and everyone was comfortable and commented on how perfect the house was for us. The manager, Cassandra, was so friendly and helpful. We are very grateful to her as she tried hard to accommodate our family. The location is very convenient as it is close to freeway access. Would definitely stay here again.
