About this house rental
Situated in Lake of the Ozarks, this charming house for $545 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This remodeled and updated two-story home sets on 2.5 acres in the Jackson Branch cove near the 4 mile marker. There are no steps leading to the house and there is ample parking for your vehicles and trailers. The house provides a lake view and access to a private dock via walkway and long series of stairs or you can drive down to eliminate approximately half of the steps along the walkway and stairwell. There are king master suites on both floors and three additional bedrooms providing beds for 14 people. A large sectional couch and other open spaces allow additional sleeping. The master baths each have a tub/shower and the two additional bathrooms (one on each level) each have a shower. The upper living area has a large sectional sofa providing over 21 feet of seating, a 70-inch LCD UHD television, and is surrounded by 270 degrees of windows allowing a view of the lake. A second living area on the lower level has a 55-inch LCD UHD television. The furnished kitchen has a pantry to store your own food and drinks and a second refrigerator is on the main level as well. The 11-foot dining table seats 14-18 people with additional seating inside at the bar and outside on the deck. A large six-burner barbecue grill is on the upper deck near the kitchen. A screened-in porch and patio are on the lower level. The private dock has a 12' x 32' swim platform with slide,12' x 28' covered boat slip and a covered pwc slip with lift available for you to use. A kayak and paddle boat are also provided. Several nearby marinas offer boat and pwc rentals. Others features include high speed internet, cable/satellite, Blu-ray/DVD player, new mattresses, and a front-load washer and dryer. Established pets are welcome. Please ensure you are declaring pets on your reservation so the $100 pet fee is applied. We will also send you a pet addendum to complete and return. Contact Steve with any questions.

Overall we had a great stay! The trek down to the dock is lengthy and definitely not the best for older folks but the road halfway helps. There isn't really an accessible shore which was only an issue if you bring dogs that like to swim. The house itself was a spacious and clean. Minor inconveniences with the septic system but besides that, we didn't have any issues!

We had a great time. Two areas for kids to congregate. The dinning room table was VERY large, perfect for the entire family.
The fishing was great and so was the dock and swimming area.
If you have bad knees, the stains to the dock are not for you.

Best lake house EVER
This house has everything we needed, great location on the lake and even the stairs the dock weren't a big deal - good exercise! Steve was very responsive and always available. Looking forward to our next visit there.

Great week at the lake!
We really enjoyed our stay. The home looks quaint from the street but it is beautifully updated to the nines on the interior. We had everything we needed in terms of bathrooms, kitchen, accommodations. Super clean. We brought 3 dogs with us, and this private location was great for them as well with a nearby rocky beach for them to swim and run around at daily. The stairs to the dock are a little intense initially, but we were running up and down those stairs by the end of the week (we did take the gravel road frequently for our elderly dog). The marinas make it really easy to deliver a boat right to the dock. We had a lovely cruise on the lake one day. Also the owner was very professional and easy to communicate with. Would stay again!
