About this house rental

Situated in Cloudcroft, this charming house for $135 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This is a newly updated townhome with vaulted ceilings that boats 1365 Sq Feet and it feels even bigger. It has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs) plus a loft. Both bathrooms have a tub to take a bath in. It easily sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. We know everyone is different so we have tried to include a variety of pillows and bed types. There are beds from Ghost bed, American Bedding, Layla, and Ashley furniture. It's well appointed and has new appliances that include a full size fridge, microwave, oven, washer/dryer, toaster, Keurig machine, 2 smart TV's and much more. It has an electric fireplace with multiple settings. There is also a water softener and a reverse osmosis water filter so no need to buy or bring drinking water. It's also in an AMAZING location that is within walking distance of nature trails and the golf course but its also less than a mile from the center of town. It is a part of the well respected Spur Landing community. Check out some of the communities reviews here. We have included a desk where you or your kids can do schoolwork or just surf the web. We also have pet bowls, a kennel and even a pet bed for your convenience. The back door goes right out to the large enclosed porch and the stairs provide easy access to let your dogs out. To the right of the back steps is the golf course and to the left is multiple trails to venture out on. There is also a retro arcade for your kids or your inner kid :) It has games like Pacman, Digdug and Galaga We have tried to make this our home away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our favorite part of the home is the custom Juniper live edge countertops. We love bringing our kids and fur balls here to enjoy a relaxing stay near nature and we hope you love it as much as we do. Parents / person who books is responsible for all guests. Hazardous areas: stairs, low deck railings, low area in loft on 2nd floor, fire place, stove etc... No baby gates or plug covers.

We had a great week in Cloudcroft at this 2 bdr 2 ba condo. The location is close to the village with great walking trails nearby. The electric fireplace insert was pretty to view and provided heat when needed. The kitchen countertop live edge wood slab was beautiful.

This was our second time staying at this wonderful condo in Spur Landing! The second time was just as wonderful as the first time! This time it was just our little family of three and our mini Aussie. The condo was clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! We had so much fun watching the elk and the wild horses on the golf course every day. We will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely vacation home for 4 adults and 2 children. Had everything we needed in a perfect location. Pac-Man was not working correctly (couldn’t make Pac-Man go down) but the smart tvs helped entertain the children. We will stay here again in the future.

Wow! This place is amazing. It had everything we needed and things we didn't realize we needed. Easy check in check out. Host was very responsive if needed. Place was very close to trails and walking distance to Cloudcroft. Ps if you need groceries we got them in Almagorda. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay in Cloudcroft at this property in Spur Landing. The owner replied very quickly to any questions we texted. The kitchen was well-stocked, great appliances, very comfy beds. The back patio was a nice space to hang out with plenty of seating/tables. The only 'con' of this property is the available seating in the living room. There are three very 'comfy' chairs (reclining loveseat & recliner chair); however, the remainder of the seating is hard-back chairs. So if you have more than three people staying in the condo, you'll have to draw straws for the comfy chairs! ;) Overall, it was a wonderful 10-night stay and we will return in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean. had plenty of kitchen items for convenience, and the view at the top of the hill was beautiful! Aaron was great about communicating with me and got back to me in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this home-away-from home. The local restaurants were close by and excellent too.

The property was spacious, relaxing, and provided a great space for our family and pet. It was a great location from surrounding cities and landmarks that were just a short drive away. Located inside the beautiful Lincoln National forest and Spur Landing golf community. Host was quick to answer questions and provide efficient check in process. Home provided lots of amenities that allowed for a relaxing stay.

Love this property. Had all the amenities needed even for being snowed in for a day or 2. Enough space for family of 6 including our fur babies . The owners were quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Definitely recommend this property.
