Situated in Spanish Valley, this attractive cabin for $194 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Red Desert's Big Horn Log Cabin, close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The Big Horn Cabin is a true log cabin. The cabin allows you to cook in your own kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, and Keurig Coffee machine. The kitchen comes completely stocked with dishes, pots & pans and utensils. The Big Horn Cabin sleeps a total of 4 guests, with queen bed upstairs and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room . The bathroom provides a tub/ shower and comes completely stocked with linens & towels at guest check-in (No daily housekeeping service is provided). A propane grill is provided as well as a propane fire pit on the wrap around deck. The Big Horn Cabin has its own private entrance & parking, with additional parking for adventure equipment on property. This cabin is dog friendly only, with a $10 nightly fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog when making the reservation.

As a couple of seniors, we enjoyed our stay. We especially liked having our suppers on the porch while watching the sun setting on the far hills. Yes, Road noise is an issue, but we slept through it. It would be nice to have the sliding porch door fixed so we could have had fresh air move through the cabin. But we would still recommend the cabin and would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights while checking out the national parks in the area and we loved our stay! Our only complaint is that it wasn't the cleanest place we've stayed. However, check in was a breeze and the owners were so kind! Great location close to downtown Moab and close to the parks. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed at the Big Horn cabin for 3 nights during the first week of September. First, there is no central air in the cabin, only a wall mounted ac unit which provided next to nothing, so the place was HOT. Next, the back sliding door was broken, so the only entrance was the front door. The hot tub was gross, there was dirt and leaves in the bottom and it seemed like the property manager didn't care to give it a clean after previous guests. We had issues getting the propane fire pit to work, and the wood rocking chairs were falling apart. The back patio offers a view of construction and mobile homes. When the curtains are drawn, people walking by will be able to see right into the cabin. The location is right off the highway so the sound of trucks driving by is not the best, especially at night. Overall, the place was clean, yet seemed very old. I believe a 2-star review is fair. Good luck.

The Cabin had a cozy, rustic feel for us and we enjoyed our stay. The outside porch was a favorite enjoying breakfast with nice views and sunsets in the evenings. It is close to town and had close access to both national parks. As other reviews state, the road is a busy and noisy, but after the 2nd night, we started to not notice it.

This rustic cabin had a fully stocked kitchen and a hot tub! We loved that it was close to Moab, but far enough away to avoid all of the traffic. It was comfortable and met all of our needs. We would definitely rent here again.

Cabin is a great location not far from town and close to the parks. However the cabin is directly off the highway so it can be noisy. Clean and well equipped. There were coolers to use which was great . On site laundry room. Back sliding door was broken so we couldn’t use. Also the rocking chairs were broken. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Good stay overall.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The cabin was perfect for the two of us and the location was good. We were far enough from town that we didn’t get caught up in the traffic from the car show that was in town for the weekend. The scenery from the porch was breathtaking and we had everything we needed in the cabin. We took advantage of the shared washer and dryer (just $1 on the honor system) and I enjoyed talking to the property manager. It is important to note that the bedroom is in the loft and the bathroom is downstairs so if you have mobility issues, you may need to rethink staying here. It wasn’t a problem for us and this was a great stay.

This cabin was exactly what we wanted - quiet and calm. It doesn't feel secluded when you pull up and there are definitely others around but everyone is doing their own thing. The cabin was very clean! We would definitely go back

Nice cabin near Moab adventures. Full kitchen. Hot tub on the deck with views of mountains in all directions. Laundry facility a short walk with nice books to borrow. Dog friendly. Easy check in and check out.

My family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Every aspect is well-appointed and the hosts made our stay very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable. The kids were thrilled to come here after a long day of hiking at nearby Arches and Canyonlands. HIGHLY recommend!!

Nice rustic cabin with a relaxing porch. Bed was comfortable and the cabin had everything we needed. Wish we could of spent more time on the porch sitting in the rocking chairs, but the winds were gusting to 55 mph.

We absolutely loved the cabin. It was a great location, just minutes from Moab. Check-in was a breeze, and the mangers we're super nice. Everything was so clean and organized. There were labels everywhere, which made it easier to find things and turn on the right light switch! The porch setup was so relaxing, we loved watching all the birds come to the little bird feeders along the porch. If we come back to Moab, I would definitely stay in the same cabin again!

The Big Horn Cabin is quaint yet extremely well equipped, with a true “outdoorsy” decor. The kitchen is supplied with anything you could want, including a good assortment of herbs and spices. The fire table on the back deck (with an amazing view) is a treat after an active day. The best part, though, was our hosts; they were so welcoming and helpful! Sean gave great advice on the best places to pick up supplies in town. We definitely made a great choice staying here!

I can’t say enough about how cute this cabin is. Everything has been thought out to meet my needs, as a guest. My only regret is that I was so hoping to relax on the deck, but the weather was too darned cold, except for the day I was leaving. LOL It was a bit noisy at night, so I suggest you download a “Fan” app. That totally blocked out the sound of the traffic when I was sleeping. I brought my dog with me, and found that there was plenty of room to take my dog for his potty breaks. As a matter of fact, poop bags were provided to me should I need it. I do recommend this establishment.

This cute little cabin had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean. We were dissatisfied with the lack of privacy for the hot tub. There was a camper right behind the house and the shade blinds furnished didn’t block the view of the camper and other traffic that would pass behind the cabin. We had to use the hot tub lid to try and block and make it a little more private. Overall we had a great time in Moab and Nancy and Sean were nice and helpful.

This really is the perfect little place. Don’t worry about highway noise. It’s a passing truck every now and again, barely audible from indoors. Super accessible to anywhere in Moab. Just a great place with the La Sals as a backdrop.

Cabin right outside of Moab was really nice. The porch/hot tub really made the stay but the cabin itself was well maintained and nice as well. Not a huge amount of space inside but plenty sufficient for 2 people. Would definitely stay here again.
