The owner (the husband) came inside my room without knocking the door, while my friend was sleeping, to ask us the money at 21.40, he had the whole day to come and ask the money.

Excellent place to stay, warm and friendly

Room was spacious and clean, bed linen nice and clean, location was pretty quiet. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Room was the cheapest I could find in Melbourne for that weekend.

Common spaces, specially the bathroom and toilet could really use some cleaning. Dust was heavily accumulated. Shower had leftover soap bars from several people. General bathroom aspect was really poor. Some maintenance is also probably required.

Very good location. Sevice was wonderful. Breakfast not applicable. Very comfortable Bed and Bedding.

Perhaps a stronger mosquito spray.

Nothing..it was not a place that should have been accepted on your site...the accommodation was totally misrepresented..and the home already was fully occupied and major repairs were necessary and not attended too by the owners prior to offering its availability for rental accommodation.

All major bathroom and toilet facilities were in an unusable and filthy condition ..all appliances were uncleN and dust and inch thick covered most furnishings and the rooms were in s disgraceful uninhabitable state..the entrance to the property was flooded with a plank of wood from the drive way to walk across as a result of heavy rain drains were blocked and the gardens were in a general state of neglect ..unmown long grass a haven for snakes 🐍 etc. I received an automatic message from your site that my refund would be refused as it was too late to cancel although no rooms were AVAILABLE ; the home fully occupied at this time

The house is not fit for any paying guests it needs to be finished renovated a old house takes time No wired in tv
