The hotel is set in beautiful gardens with the river on one side and a wild stretch of beach on the other side. The pool is lovely.

Breakfast options were good. Liked the staff, the service and the coffee.
The reception staff, the restaurant staff, the drivers Zaire and Dr Llama went above their call of duty to make our stay comfortable.
Appreciate the way the management and staff took utmost care when the rains/floods played havoc. One day’s extended stay was not charged and they ensured we got adequate food/water and other needs.
We learnt that full breakfast was not available with the room charge. If this was known we could have paid the additional charge for full breakfast at the time of booking
The rain and the floods, made the bridge from and to Rosalie bay inaccessible. However, the management and staff ensured our extra day’s stay was pleasant.
The spa had advertised some promotions but it was not available

We liked the large spacious, clean and comfortable room.
The collaboration and partnership with the turtle conservation and sanctuary was the reason we stayed here and we were not disappointed.
We witnessed a green back turtle laying her eggs on the beach accompanied by Simon and experienced a very informative 'turtle talk' with the very friendly and positive Judy
The resort is in serious need of renovation.
The door to the room did not lock properly.
The restaurant and food was disappointing and resembled more of an office canteen than a restaurant
