Had a great stay at Hostel Prime 99 for 3 nights. The stay was excellent, with clean and comfortable dormitory facilities. The staff was very supportive, friendly, and always ready to help whenever needed.
Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience. The atmosphere was good, and the stay offered great value for money. Would definitely recommend Hostel Prime 99 to anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay.
Although my booking included complimentary breakfast, breakfast was not provided during my 3-night stay. It would be better if the breakfast facility mentioned at the time of booking was provided as promised, or guests were informed in advance about any changes.

Excess oil in chicken curry as i filtered almost 5 spoon oil from 1 bowl of chicken curry
Bucket not available in washroom
I didn't get a lower bed as promised by night incharge
The pillow was not sufficient, very small as per my comfort, i asked for an extra pillow but i didn't get
