Located in a quiet place away from the central location, Tranquil resort was a surprise for us with its amenities. The rooms were spacious, resort was big, and staff were courteous.
The complementary breakfast was very limited and not up to the standard of a resort. It lacked some basic staple food like roti/chapatis, and mostly confined to Poha and Idlis. Live counter served only dosas. The bread used in toast did not taste fresh.
Swimming pool is not temperature controlled, I cannot imagine anybody using that in a place where it is cold throughout the year!

Its a lovely small property.. the location is great.. barely 5 mins from the main Mahabaleshwar Market. It has a nice big garden with sit-outs and hammocks.. very relaxing and a great space for kids to run around and play. We did not use the pool, but we saw it being cleaned well every morning. The breakfast is basic but freshly made. We did not try other meals there due to our itinerary. We found all the staff to be very courteous and responsive. They managed to take care of all our needs for the elderly and kids in our group. They also have driver accommodation, so that made logistics smoother. Overall, we had a great stay at Tranquil Resorts & Spa.

Most of the pillows are having molds and bed is really uncomfortable and its really short
