El paisaje es espectacular, las instalaciones muy buenas. Camas confortables y vistas hermosas. Es un lugar hermoso para desconectarse y pasar tiempo en la naturaleza. El jacuzzi es muy agradable con la disposición con vista a la montaña.
No estaban listos para nuestra llegada. La cama de abajo no tenía almohadas. La limpieza pudo ser mejor. La puerta del baño no ajusta. El desayuno fue un poco demorado. La carretera de acceso habitual estaba cerrada y no nos avisaron con tiempo, por lo que tuvimos que dar una vuelta más larga, en una carretera muy empinada.

La atención, las instalaciones, la tranquilidad, absolutamente todo.
Para personas con movilidad reducida con tienen mucho acceso. Y
No es un tema del alojamiento pero la vía de acceso si está difícil para carros tipo sedan que sean bajitos.

Me encanta que es un lugar hermosísimo, cálido, donde se respira paz, tranquilidad y pureza. Es la segunda vez que me alojo en el ecohotel Natubri y cada día me enamoro más de este lugar. La atención de María y todo el personas es increíble!
