My 12th visit to Bali and this is my first time at Claremont Villas - I wouldn't look anywhere else in future.
The trip was made by Ari & all of the staff that went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and the perfect stay, they couldn't do enough for us, the service was so personal and made us feel like we were the only people there and VIP's.
It's our second time staying in this area, and we really like it here. Opposite a Circle K, next to a Chinese Restaurant and a walk to Seminyak Village and Eat Street. The villa's are down a quiet alley and didn't hear street traffic at all, or the neighbouring villa's.
The bed was amazing, slept so comfortable every night. Full kitchen, bathroom and living room with filtered water and all amenities was so convenient.
Cleanliness, daily servicing and turn-down service was immaculate - and we were always communicated with on if we required anything more or when was convenient was us to do cleaning or turn-down service.
The villa was stunning, but really what made the trip was the staff and the service - I can't speak more highly of it.
The staff text through WhatsApp and were constantly in touch making sure we were taking care of and if we had any needs - from breakfast, to house-keeping and laundry. We threw an impromptu birthday party with some friends at our villa and threw some obscure requests at the staff, all of which they did their best to find answers to or resources for and our friends were just in awe at what the villa staff were able to do for us and the kindness and service they provided - all with a smile and a laugh - the staff are just truly incredible and I know this is common in Bali, but this was more than above and beyond.
We had breakfast included every day and enjoyed really yummy Western breakfasts, Mie Goreng's, fruits, breads, pastries, fresh juices and coffees - we had absolutely no need to look elsewhere for a better breakfast.

Our villa was amazing. It was modern, clean and spacious size. It was perfect for a couple with a young baby. We loved having breakfast by the pool each morning. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate everything we needed.

Pool was nice. It was spacious. Good to have kitchen facilities. It’s tucked away in a small road away from the main street.
Just a heads up if you’re arriving at a time that’s outside of the available check in time, there isn’t a reception area to sit and wait, if you wanted to do that. The reception area is a very tiny room. Thankfully they were able to put us in a room earlier but we had a baby with us and sitting out in the heat waiting for the room to be ready would’ve been terrible.
The breakfast was probably the worst breakfast we’ve had in a long time when it came to hotels/resort. We tried ordering different things in hopes it would be better but it wasn’t good. Food arrived soggy and stale.
The other thing was problematic was the “technology” in our room. We had issues with the sliding door locking properly, even after getting staff to come and help us it could not be fixed, anyone could actually walk in, though we weren’t worried about that, but still - it is a safety issue nonetheless. One of the aircons could not be operated by any of the remotes. The staff had to turn it off from the outside. The “smart” technology wasn’t all fully set up, some were working, some weren’t.
Lastly, I decided on one of the days to “order” a massage through the folder menu they had in the room (I still have the digital PDF they sent too). It was quoted IDR375,000 for 90 minutes. Great. The place I was sent to was great but it turned out that that advertised price was INCORRECT. I ended paying around IDR 1,000,000, which I only realised once the massage was over. So it was misleading information from the hotel staff. I was not happy about this.
