Traveling with my son's family to South Dakota for my daughter's wedding. This house looks exactly like the pictures, very, very nice!!! There is plenty of room we had 3 adults, 1 teen, and 3 toddlers. Jame was very accommodating and responded to any questions I had. I definitely will be booking every time I come back to South Dakota!!!

This worked very well for a family wedding in town. The home is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and includes a large fenced in yard for our dog. It was also super convenient location wise for both the wedding and reception. I would give it 5 stars except that it was listed (and showed) a bunk bed in one of the rooms. When we arrived there was no bunk bed, which required us to reconfigured our sleeping arrangements, and we were not informed of the issue beforehand. When I reached out the owner did reply that the bunk bed was damaged but that there was also a pull out couch in the basement where the futon was located. We were able to adapt but forwarning would have been better.

Our stay was great. As it’s very cold out it was cozy for our family of 5! Some small things that was a con are the master bedroom. It was always very cold while the 2 rooms upstairs was hot and the top blankets had a bad armpit stink to it, but we removed it and used the super soft blankets. There was no shower stuff, but we went out to buy some. The dishes were missing but discovered it in dishwasher very dirty, so we washed them. Other than that the pros are plenty of towels and pillows. We added a day and James was very helpful and got back to us very quickly. Very close to hospitals and stores, so the location was great being the purpose of our stay was for a surgery. Basement was perfect for our family to play games and kids loved it. Great coffee choices to choose from and teas! Kitchen has everything you need and cooking was a breeze! The big soft blankets was so cozy to have while relaxing on the couches and watching movies. The lighting was good as it does dims to your liking and the washer n dryer worked great. We didn’t bring our dog with us, but there was dog bowls and a handy pooper scooper available. My kids didn’t want to leave it was overall a great stay and will look to book again. Thank you very much

Nicely remodeled and very comfortable.

Overall the house was nice. We did not spend much time there, but it worked great for what we needed to use it for. Our kids thought it was great and are looking forward to the next trip!

James was very helpful.. due to bad weather we arrived a day earlier.. James accommodated us with the extra night and was timely with his responses. The house is a lovely remodeled older home. Very reasonable price! The floor plan is perfect for a family gathering and offers great space to get some alone time. We will definitely rent again when visiting our family in Sioux Falls..

James has created a warm environment close to many different eating establishments as well as many of Sioux Falls's highlights. His property is well stocked so if you want to prepare a meal, you have most of the pans and pots available. The beds are comfortable and bedrooms are roomy. There are plenty of towels for both bathrooms. And a bonus to those traveling with smaller children, he has a bumble seat, gates and a pack and play! Overall a great place to stay for any type of group!

The property was great, it accommodated all of my family with no problems. The driveway wasn’t shoveled when we first arrived. The neighbor noticed me attempting to shovel and took over for me. His name was Joshua. Thank goodness for him. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Sioux Falls.

We used this great property for holiday family overflow. There was plenty of sleeping space, great common areas and none of the bedrooms shared walls which is nice. Huge fenced in back yard which is great for kids and dogs. Overall great experience and would stay there again!

Super nice neighborhood. Near main roads but quiet. Close enough to downtown. Great house. Pet friendly. Great rooms and space. Awesome bathrooms. Enjoyed the set up and how much they thought of. Very clean. Tried to do as much laundry as I could prior to leaving. Met our needs and then some! Comfortable bed and pillows. Only recommendation would be to bring nightlights if you need. Some rooms get really dark! Awesome place. Would stay again.

Great and clean space for 6 women coming back for Augie homecoming. Only 2 blocks from campus. Great access with off-street parking.

Everything was perfect just as I was expecting

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have a fenced backyard for the kids. We also enjoyed the fire pit. It would have been nice to know how close to the university we were prior to booking. There was a lot of loud foot traffic on Friday night.

From the outside it's one of the prettiest houses on the street. Once inside, we were able to see how lovely the hoeruse had been renovated. Nice comfortable furniture in the living room and dining room. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The 2 larger bedrooms had very comfortable beds and the bathrooms were set up very nicely. It was an unexpected pleasure to be found in an older neighborhood. We brought a small dog Thad a great time in the large background. The owner, James, was very easy to work with. He has done a great job with this property.
