About this condo rental
Located in Kaanapali, this attractive condo for $750 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Aloha! This condo has everything you'll need for an amazing Hawaiian vacation! We selected this condo because we love the layout and the ability to comfortably sleep 8 people. Also, the grounds at the Papakea Resort are immaculately maintained and have something for everyone (2 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, 2 putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts, barbecue grills, activity desk, 5-minute walk to the beach and more!) The custom kitchen has stainless steel appliances and fine features such as glass tile back splash and granite countertops. All bathrooms have been updated with new sinks, toilets, showers, tubs and towels. Bedrooms have also been updated with new furniture, mattresses and high thread count linens throughout. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and 32' flat screen HD TV, with adjoining en-suite complete with double sinks, tub and shower. It is also equipped with a very large closet. The second master bedroom on the lower level has a queen sized bed and adjoins to the main bathroom, which also has double sinks, a shower and a smaller closet. The penthouse/loft area was designed to be family friendly and sleeps up to 6+ people comfortably. Perfect for families with kids, this loft area has one queen sized bed and a couch that can pull out to be a double hide-a-bed. In the back bonus room is yet another sleeping area with a queen and full bed. The loft also has its own bathroom with a single sink and shower. There are thoughtful accents, hand picked and placed by a professional interior designer throughout the entire condo, from visually pleasing lights (check out the green mango leaf lamp shades and fun coral lamps) to fine features such as bamboo flooring, plantation style and shaker style cabinet doors and original artwork. The living room also has a 50" Smart TV and a comfortable seating area perfect for visiting or just lounging around. You will find a fully stocked kitchen complete with some "pay it forward" items such as condiments and spices, left from previous guests. You will also find a number of BBQs poolside available to you on a first come, first served basis. We love little extras and have placed them all around, such as a second wine/beverage fridge, an ample supply of beach towels, hair dryers, an iPod docking station/clock radios in each bedroom and for those with small children: a play pen, 2 strollers and a high chair. There is a “Fun Cupboard” so please help yourself to anything in the closet next to the bar fridge in the front room. It’s a push door so “push” to pop it open. We like to call this the “Fun Cupboard” because we never know what is in there as it can change. We have left things for you to enjoy and other guests have done the same. Could be things such as coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel masks and fins, golf clubs and balls for the putting green and various sand toys. Enjoy! We have also provided a starter set of the following items to help you get settled in: • Paper Towels • Toilet Paper • Liquid Dish Soap • Liquid Hand Soap • Dishwasher Pods • Laundry Pods • Kitchen Trash Bags The condo is situated so that when you are in the kitchen, your view out the lanai (balcony) is a straight on shot of the ocean. It's a spectacular way of waking up in the morning and a great way to enjoy a meal. One of our favorite things to do is to wake up and enjoy some Kona coffee on the lanai every morning or then enjoy some 'pupus' (that's Hawaiian hors d'oeuvres) in the afternoon. With the gorgeous and comfortable outdoor furniture, we guarantee it will be one of your favorite things to do as well. Our condo is thoughtfully intended to be 'spa like' with hints of island paradise accents all around you making it so warm and inviting. We've designed our 'little piece of Heaven' to be enjoyed by families or couples just wanting to get away to their own private oasis and with your rest and relaxation in mind. When it comes to things to do while you're here, there is an orientation session in the Cabana building next to the pool each morning that will tell you all the fun things available to you while you’re here, if interested. There is also an onsite Expedia representative in the Papakea main building and they can coordinate a wide array of island adventures for you. Anything from bicycling down a volcano, zip lining in a rain forest, learning how to surf, horseback riding, scuba diving, whale watching, parasailing, snorkel tours on or around the island and much, much more. There is simply so much to see and do and the Expedia representative can make recommendations and take care of all the details for you. After entering the property, your eyes are immediately met with a beautiful ocean view. The until itself is stalked up with cooking supplies, beach toys, and a laminated map of Maui(my personal favorite! The owner is very responsive and communicative. Love our stay at Papakea!

Loved our stay at this condo, it had plenty of space and was in a beautiful location. Our kids enjoyed the grounds and we were frequently visited by monk seals and even saw a whale swimming by. For the price point it’s is a lovely well kept condo that is perfect for families. Our family of 7 was very comfortable. Thank you!

Beautiful condo with all amenities you will ever need. We had seven in our group and were very comfortable. The rooms were all very nicely decorated and clean.
The view of the ocean and the lovely gardens made the stay so special. Also, across the street are some great eating places and shave ice. Just down the street a few blocks is The wailers Village. Lots of shops and eateries plus free parking for Ka’anpali Beach. Beautiful sandy beach. Appreciate the beach wagon, chairs, boogie board and spare water shoes you provided.
Location was perfect for going north to see blowhole or south to Kihei and further.
Loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

You couldn’t ask for a nicer property ! The view from the balcony is incredible . Overlooking the fountain ,ponds, pool and breakers coming in from the ocean. The palm trees and all the vegetations are manicured perfectly and kept up each day by a very talented crew.
The staff was very accommodating as well as the owner who helped us with flexible dates.
We will definitely come back to this location in the future !! Papakae Paradise.

The property was perfect for our family! Our kids are 17,18,22 and 22 and they each had their own bed without someone having to sleep on a sofa bed. This is very difficult to find and we were happy to have found it! The rooms were exactly what we needed and the beds were all comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the beach chairs and wagon etc were an added bonus! The A/C worked well, It was actually too cold at times on the main level and we turned it warner. The upstairs bedroom was too warm with the door shut so we left it open and the temperature was cool enough for us. The resort grounds were well kept and the staff were very nice and friendly. We will definitely refer friends to this property and will stay again if we return to Maui!

Our incredible week in Maui was aided by having a great home base at the Papakea Resort. The condo was well furnished, CLEAN and had everything we needed for the week. The a/c worked well to keep the place comfortable at all times and everything about the property was great. Ideally, there would be beach access right at the resort but everything was a short walk or drive and the location is fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Maui and couldn't have been more pleased with the unit.

H405 was the perfect set up for my family of 7. Everyone had their own bed-which is very important in my family. Plenty of space to move around. Description was right on and we didn't need anything for our stay of 9 nights. Had a 8 month old, and condo was equipped to make her stay a breeze...play and pack and high chair. Plenty of beach equipment for many fun filled days at the waters edge. We will definitely stay here again. when we return to Maui. So nice to have the whole family in the same unit. Only hiccup was AC in the loft-but property manager was on it and constantly in touch with me as the matter was corrected.

This was our first trip to Maui and we loved the location of this property. Easy access to beaches, minutes from shopping and made a great home base for all the activities. The property had lots of great amenities, plenty of room for 6 adults and two older kids, pools, golf and shuffle board. The view from the balcony was our favorite part, coffee in the morning and drinks at sunset. There was a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach gear. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was all great quality, not like the cheap stuff you see in other rentals. We would definitely book again next time we visit!

This was my husband and I’s 7th trip to Maui and my in laws and extended families first. We typically stay a little up north but jumped on this spot a year ago given 6 adults and 2 children. It worked out perfectly, each adult couple had their own bathroom, and the upstairs provided the perfect private family area for my sister in law, her husband and two young daughters. The AC and fans kept the entire unit perfectly cool. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked, especially appreciated the insulated wine cups and all the Tupperware. The bathrooms and laundry and little extras really made a difference. What’s truly amazing about this place is the view for one, and the amenities. The two pools, koi ponds, putting green, and swimming right out front were amazing. You can easily access the ocean from the steps and relax in the calm shallow water protected by a coral shelf. This resort is maintained meticulously, with staff out at all hours cleaning, maintaining and keeping guests comfortable. We all fell in love with this resort and unit and can’t wait to come back again. OH and the cats! Love all the cats….Simon, Lani, Ringo and more!!!!

The property was perfect for the seven people in the party. The view was amazing. The only issue we had was the refrigerator ice maker did not work, contacted the property manager the day of arrival and nothing happened to correct the issue, we bought bags of ice and placed in the freezer. The pool, hot tub and putting green were great.

We stayed here with our friends- 4 adults and 3 teens. The condo was beautifully decorated and just enough room for our group. The kitchen is small, but had all that we needed to cook breakfasts. The air conditioning worked well. We were very happy and grateful for the beach chairs and umbrella that were available to use! The view was great- we saw whales breaching every day, but the oceanfront building in front of us blocks the sunset view from the lanai. There’s no beach in front of property, we drove to different beaches to spend the day. The grounds are beautifully kept. It’s a large resort like feel with lots of people around. Not very private, especially on the lanai. You are right next to and will probably make friends and join conversations with your neighbors as you are basically in the same space.
Overall, we had a wonderful time. But for our preferences, which includes close proximity to swimmable beach, smaller property- we wouldn’t stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised with the accuracy of the description and pictures of the property. (We have been disappointment with other vacation properties in the past.) This trip resulted in the best family vacation that we have ever had.

We are a family of 7 and this fit us perfectly. The location was beautiful. Every night we went down to watch the sunset. Great beaches are very close by and a snorkel rental place is right across the street. Everything inside the home was in working order. The only bummer was the upstairs shower got cold quickly and did not have great pressure but no big deal.
Communication with the host was prompt and always willing to help serve us.
When we come back, I will definitely stay here again.

This place worked perfectly for 3 couples. The location is great for access to Kaanapali Beach and shopping. The unit was well-maintained and the grounds and pools were very nice. We enjoyed whale watching from the lanai. Mahalo!

Our stay Napili-Honokowai was terrific. The property was well maintained and offered plenty activities to keep us busy. The rooms were well appointed and we enjoyed our stay there immensely. You can tell the owners have done a good job of making the living space very convenient.

This property was magnificent! It was clean and in a great location with access to local restaurants and amenities. We were able to walk to the store, the beach, the food trucks, and other places without any issues.

The property was beautiful. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed waking up and having coffee outside at the bar with the beautiful ocean view. The only imperfection was the size of the shower upstairs. Very small for an adult. But wasn’t a game changer for us. But for a large person it would be.

This place is exactly as listed. It was perfect for a family. We brought our daughter (14 months). It was great to have a pack n play, stroller and baby gate available. The ocean view is so great and it's perfect to eat out on the balcony. There were 7 of us and it worked out perfectly. You definitely need a car to get around to restaurants, shopping etc. The place was quiet, clean and perfect for our family.
