Enjoy the beach and Family

The size was great. It was walking distance to the ocean. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony with my coffee and viewing the ocean.

The unit was a mess, large hole in the couch, missing closet door, walls were a mess with marks and dirt all over them. You could still see where someone did a review about party decorations being left up ( this was awhile ago) and there was still tape on the ceiling that was not removed. You have to pay a cleaning fee and this unit is not clean. If you look up at the vents and ceiling fans they are covered with a thick layer of dirt. The next two things complaints would be the reason that I will never rent this unit again. First, this unit sleeps 20 people, you are not told up front that you only get 2 parking spots. There is no additional parking available, I called the rental company and they could not help me. My husband was able by sure luck to find paid over night parking. The last thing was the main reason I will never be back, On our last evening I received a text and email that we had left trash in the hall and did not take it to the dumpster. That trash was outside the elevator since Friday (this was Monday that I received this message) we did not leave the trash outside my family for the week took our trash to the dumpster. I called the rental company and they stated that the HOA always blames there tenants. I was very upset by this attack. My husband just wanted to end the situation and carried someone else's trash to the dumpster.

Had a great vacation because of our family not the property.

It accommodated all 19 of us

Dirty and poor parking for 19 people. Can’t fit 19 people in 2 cars. Also 14 forks for 19 people. 8 lids for 1 small pot. Dryer did not work properly & fridge leaked the whole time.

The size of the property was good.

The property was filthy. When we arrived, there were part decorations hanging from a bachelorette party. We immediately went to Walmart and spent about $50 in cleaning supplies (ridiculous being that there’s a $400 cleaning fee). We washed all the sheets before we could even lay in the beds. We had to lay sheets over the disgusting couch to sit on it. Fast forward to the day of check out, I receive an email stating that $40 was taken out of the security deposit for a broken chair on the balcony. We didn’t report the broken chair when we arrived because it had been sitting there so long that there was rust and discoloration where it broke which was obviously a long time ago. Furthermore, we would've been there all day reporting that long list of things that were wrong. There were holes in the couch, rails under our bed were disassembled, leftover party decorations on the walls and floor, stains on the sheets, very strong cigarette odor, disgusting walls (found blood in our room), barely standing closet doors, at least 3 broken nails, hair in the washcloths, literal piles of dirt when first swept, sticky surfaces... the list goes on. They are aware the condition the property is in and obviously take advantage of people often. This is my first leaving a bad review for a vacation property but I had to.
