Nice comfortable stay. Loved the heated pool and lazy river with tiki bar.

Comfortable beds.

Bathtub had some weird coating in it. Looked like a non slip coating but it made it look cheap

Great stay and staff

Front desk rep Tammy was exceptional! As was Jamie (or Janie?) Such a great help with any issues we had, and genuine care/concern. Their customer service is top notch! Our room was clean and beds comfy. Breakfast was great, alot of options and staff ready to help. Pools were open. Would def stay here again, as it was me and my 2 school age sons here for the first time.

Only slight bummer was washing machine was out in next door tower building (where our room was), so had to go to main building for washer that worked.

Great experience, will definitely be back.

The ocean view of the balcony room, the breakfast, the tiki bar, and the rinse off station for your feet outside near the pool.

When we arrived, the room carpet was wet and there was some sand still in the corner of the room.

Would Definitely Recommend.

What I loved about this Hotel, first of all, checking in was super easy, I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes, I was so happy about that since I was exhausted, all I wanted to do is rest. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, I'll really have to say that the service is one of the best that I've received. I had a beautiful view of the ocean; location is amazing one of the best and safest locations to stay in Myrtle Beach. Also, one thing I loved a lot, I love to cook, and I wasn't really aware that they had a small kitchen in the room, which to me it's pretty covenant since I don't really like to eat out a lot, the hotel provides cookware and silverware which if you're looking for a place that has that, I'll recommend this place.

Honestly this is one of the best places that I've stayed at, one small thing I would say is the room was a bit dirty, nothing major. Just know that the parking is across the street, for me is no big deal but I know for some people would be a problem. Other than that, amazing place to stay in.

Service was exceptional and all employees were very nice and helpful.

Loved that it was right on the beach.

The room smelled musky, moldy smelling. Everything was clean but it still had that smell.

The patio door windows were filthy, one of the beds you could feel the springs through the mattress, the bathroom fan sounded like it was gonna blow up and is all rusted out, there was sand all over the floors,

I thought I booked a ocean front room, upon arrival I was placed in the annex building which was not ocean front, I had to strain to even view the ocean. I had to walk 100 yards for the coffee and so called breakfast. I will not stay there again and will not recommend this property to anyone.

No Parking 1st off, The. lobby was not inviting in any way. The room was tiny and very dirty and out dated. The room was supposed to be ocean front instead was a view of a run down pool and trash around the pool.

A wonderful vacation

Loved the view and the amenities provided. The pool area was very nice. Tiki hut was nice and affordable. Staff were very friendly. Room was very clean!

The hot water in the bathroom sink was a little tricky. Worked perfect in shower.

I only stayed 3 hours it was to old the shower maid noise, the air conditioning kept cutting off

For the money I paid I thought I was going to stay in the tower,but no I stayed down the in a old nasty motel I will mot ever stay with west western ever …it was very misleading

Older style hotel that was refurbished and very clean gave us a perfect location to enjoy the beach!!

Location was perfect!! Beach was not as full as other areas. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were refurbished and clean!

One elevator could be an issue. Parking was tricky. Not a lot of shade in the pool area.

This was my third stay at this location. The staff is extremely friendly. I like the rooms, pools and location. Will definitely be back.

Rooms need to be updated. All you could smell was weed with a bunch of teenagers running around and partying right at the hotel and using the hotel for access to the beach to have parties the cops had to break up

i reserved a ocean view room but when I get there to check in they was out of the ocean view rooms. my room has been reserved and paid for 2 months prior to getting there

we were very disappointed with the entire stay !

not much

we had to stay at another room four buildings away from the hotel. surely wasn’t what was advertised. the room was old and not at all up to par. the breakfast was not decent !

The mattress was the worst part. For the price you pay for the room, you should have a decent mattress. you could fill ever spring in it. Our backs killed us and we couldn’t barley sleep cause of how uncomfortable we was.
