Best Western Ocean Sands Beach Resort

They upgraded us to a suite which was nice. We liked the large tv and the pools were fairly nice. The room was fairly clean, 7-8/10. The shower was also good.

The bathroom was rather small, but it was good enough for us to use, not horrible. We had a good living room space. I’m glad we were upgraded to a suite for no charge because if we’d had a smaller room, I think it would have been a little pricey for what we got. There could be some updates made to the interior, and the stove was old. However, we didn’t need to use it. The room was overall good. The breakfast was just ok. I enjoyed the potatoes. They have good options of toast and cereal. However with the hot food, you can tell the eggs are low quality, along with the breakfast meat. Could definitely improve on that. Service was hospitable. A man stopped vacuuming for me to be able to speak to my husband in the hallway which was nice! The parking is across the street which was okay, however it was hard to figure out when we arrived in the dark. Overall the stay was good, however we may choose a better option next time.

Everything was good.They had a variety of items.Everyting was ready on time and the server was friendly.

Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to detail on dusting and the bathroom.

Close to the beach and great pool options.

The shower only has a half door so water came out with each use and the bartender was very rude.
