Exceptional

The room was spacious, all the comforts of home. The unit was clean and had everything we needed.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and amenities provided.

I liked the quietness of the area and the access to all of the restaurants, businesses, and short drive to beach.

I didn’t like the cleanliness. It could’ve been more clean and updated. One of the beds had old sheets that were a little dirty.

Our stay was comfortable and family-friendly. The kids loved the playground and pool.

Thee was no breakfast provided.

I didn’t like that there was no bathroom located in the same area as the indoor pool. The weather was a bit chilly, which made going from the pool to the restroom challenging.

Needed family trip

The staff was very welcoming. We loved that we were close to everything but not in the middle of all the action. The property had enough amenities to enjoy if we didn't want to leave the premises. Being able to park at the Cabana near the beach.

this is one of my worst stays ever.

property looked good from the outside and well kept.

rooms were dirty and very outdated. the review said it was a 4 & 5 star property but it’s really a 2 star. toilets and sinks did not work properly and had to cal maintenance. you can tell their May have been a roach problem at one time although I didn’t see any other than a dead one in the bathroom. whoever did the reviews must work there is all I can figure. didn’t even want to walk on the carpet without my shoes on nor sit on the dirty looking furniture. I would never recommend this.

Liked the shuffleboard, tennis court, etc.Liked the family type atmosphere. Staff were nice/friendl.

The condos were very spacious. They also had 3 full bathrooms, which were perfect for my family size.

Portions of the apartment was not clean. The outside of the refrigerator was dirty. There were spider webs with multiple spiders at the entrance door of the condo. There were also spider webs inside the condo. When the covers were pulled back on the bed in the master bedroom, were was a lot of hair on the sheets. The front desk was contacted and provided clean linen. The clean linen also had hair on them. The condo was outdated, but served its purpose for the trip.

Everything was lovely. Indoor pool was nice and warm for the season! Will book again.

The day of check out we received a call about a hole being in the wall obviously from previous guests. They just tried to pin it on us because we didn’t report it! Still haven’t received my deposit back yet! Will be looking further into the situation.

Exceptional

I didn't like that they charge me 200$ twice. Waited 6 minutes until I left to charge my debit card another 200$ which pose to be refundable. Then tell me I had to call my bank and take it up with them.

I WILL BE BACK!!!!

Kudos to the 12/22/21 staff members such as Joy, Joyce, young girl can't remember her name (sorry), night shift guy, Mike (maintenance guy) & the security guy which made everything well after having to cancel/relocate unexpectedly from another location. They were pleasant, approachable, not to mention ALL had exceptional customer service skills & very accommodating. Joy/Joyce handled the call w/such urgency which made the entire process easy & definitely gave me a peace of mind! I sincerely recommend them & I will return REAL SOON! It wasn't my first time & surely not my last time lodging there. Thanks & may God continue to bless them & their establishment.

That I didn't select lodging their first instead of the nearby resort!!!

Not like it used to be!

Time away from home with family.

The place needs to be updated as well as the amenities. When we first started coming here years ago this place was beautiful. Also front desk staff was snobbish and they even wanted us to pay for extra towels.
