Location was excellent. Very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The view from balcony was amazing.
The shower in two bathrooms did not have hot water. Elevators got stuck twice.

The room itself was super comfy and really well put together. Loved that there were multiple lazy rivers and hot tubs so you never felt “too crowded”. There were a few things that had to happen maintenance wise in the room we were staying in (like a new washer and dryer) everything was beautifully communicated prior to our arrival and handled quickly so we never had to go without any amenities that were promised. We booked a stay that happened to land on the scheduled exterminator days. This was also communicated super well and the whole process took literally 3 minutes - could not have been more convenient. Everyone we interacted with (building managers, maintenance crew, owners, exterminators and booking representatives) were all so pleasant and incredibly available.
