Highly recommended resort

Amazing stay for a family vacation. Well kept amenities, great location near the beach

It’s unfortunate the gym is only for 18 years old and above, my teenager kids were disappointed

I would find something different in terms of hotels upon visiting this beach.

The only good thing was the ocean view. My unit was dirty. The front office staff was rude and it was a challenge to get the problem fixed. However the house keeping manager and crew handled my issue the best they could and was very nice. I was not pleased with the unit at all. The front desk as well as house keeping indicated some stuff is the unit owners and it was very messy and some stuff was broken and just not worth the price I paid for the room which was almost $3,000 dollars for three nights. I really wanted to like the stay and the hotel but it just didn’t turn out like I hoped.

But overall I love the place and will visit as much as possible

Overall it’s a plus that’s why I’ve visited more than once

The only problem I had was checking in. The First Lady’s attitude wasnt pleasant. When I thought I had an issue finding my document she just walked away and she didn’t try to see if there was anything that should could do. The lady that actually checked me in was amazing she even remembered me from past visits and so did another young lady.

Location is great! Our choice of two bed appt is great too with ocean view.

Room furnitures are old. Sofa/couch are dirty looking. We covered towels to sit on. The curtains are very dusty, never seemed being cleaned. Almost no on-site eating options (only fast food).

condo was much needed in repairs, I.e. sliding glass door, refrig, washer, TV, not enough forks and spoons for eating in

It was clean, the bed's were not bad, the pools were nice. The bars were awesome

The smoke detectors go off very easily There was one episode at the pool where o e employee was arguing with another in front of everyone

It was enjoyable, quiet, weather was great, nice people.

The view as always was amazing, the pools, hot tubs, clean. Only thing was couple ducks in main pool (but was to cold for us) I am sure they are not the main attraction during season. even with it being early March, the grounds, pool, access walkways to the beach were all very well taken care of. I can't say anything negative about our stay here. The view at night from the 9th Floor Indigo was wonderful.

The price even though it was high for what I considered non peak season. We used to stay here most summers but as time changed, crowds changed, got a little older, had to find new place, but close by.

My stay was relaxing and worth the money.

My family loved the open room floor plan with a beautiful view of the beach. We also loved that there were 2 bedrooms with the same view. It was very relaxing to wake up to the ocean. My mom and my sister were impressed by all of the amenities. My nephew and his friend were excited about the restaurant and the choices of pools, while my niece enjoyed the proximity and the accessibility of the beach with her twins. The staff was wonderful.

Superb

I loved Everything,except house keeping was lacking, when we arrived the first bathroom was dirty, the toilet was the worse. Other then that the condo was beautiful, the view was great.

if there is a problem they will let us know ahead of time .

I wish the check it was earlier so that we could enjoy the property more. check in us at 4pm but check out is at 11. we aren’t there a full two days .

I love the location and the staff was nice.

Time for an upgrade. The rooms where out dated. The showers were molded and the grout was coming out. We turned on the jets in the tub and the tub was full of hair

Everything was beautiful and clean, staff were available and visible. Everyone was helpful with anything we asked. The location is superior to other locations! I loved everything about the property and will be returning!!!!

housekeeping was responsive. property was very nice and well maintained. once you know the process for check in it’s not

property was clean, beautiful and well maintained

check in process was confusing and not explained in advance. call to resort to ask told me to call booking. found front office at entrance of resort property and they were friendly but not super helpful. took a long time and multiple calls back for them to answer the phone for checkout

The Pools and Beach View

Roaches outside the property walking into the building, room had missing and damaged items such as curtains, sleeper sofa old and busted and slip cover coming off, very rude bartender at the swim up bar, and when we told them when we were checking out the lady shrugged and said I’ll make sure you get your deposit back. It’s Sad we have stayed here many times over the years, next time going to look elsewhere
