Situated in Poncha Springs, this attractive house for $350 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Comfortable, modern living in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. This newly built townhome is the perfect location for your winter ski getaway or your summer rafting adventures. Hiking trails, restaurants and shopping are all just minutes away. You and your guest will enjoy the spacious interior and the cozy outdoor space. This home offers: -3 Bedrooms -2.5 Bathrooms -Air Conditioning -1 well behaved dog is allowed -Fully Appointed Kitchen -Smart TV to stream all of your favs -Pellet Grill -Backyard Deck with Fire Pit -Balcony off of master bedroom with mountain views -Washer/Dryer -Gourmet Coffee Bar -Access to garage for 1 car -2 Block Walk to the Little Arkansas River ~Sleeper Sofa -Fenced in yard All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper napkins and toiletries. Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 pm. All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions. ~Discover, Visa, MC accepted for payments. ~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. Five to 7 days before arrival, check-instructions will be sent to the guest. **This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved over-occupancy or pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement. Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund minus a $125 Cancellation fee or a $75 Change fee if applicable. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.** **Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance Available on booking page.

From reservation, checkin, checkout everything was easy. Property bey clean and exactly as specified in listing. Area nice with easy access to food and beverage. Overall a very good experience for our group. Would recommend highly.

We loved everything about this property for our family of four (with a pre-teen and teen). There is plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was appointed with everything you might need to cook. The beds were very comfy and the whole unit was decorated stylishly with a chic mountain vibe. Would be back to stay any time!

We had a great time here! It was clean, organized, and just perfect for our family stay (4 adults, 2 kids, 1 dog). It was convenient for so many activities in the area. You can tell the owners take pride in their space and it felt so cozy with all the comforts of home. Check-in and check-out was easy. We'd love to come back for another visit!

Where have you been hiding?? We loved this rental! Very spacious and updated with all the upscale amenities! A private location close to everything! This is one we will definitely rent throughout the year! Thanks for making sure our stay felt as if we were staying in our own home!

This host spent a lot of time making sure that the condo was comfortable and that amenities were stocked. Would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat. The property management company was also very responsive and helpful with getting us booked for an extra night so that we did not have to rush out of there :)

Great Stay in Poncha
We had a great stay here and the location is nice to be able to check out the nearby towns of Salida & Buena Vista. The property managers were easy to work with also. Would recommend.

New, clean, and welcoming
The best thing about this property was the beds-they are so nice and I slept really well! The townhouse is brand new and was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed. There is no fence or gate in the back between the house and garage, which would be nice and the sofas are older and could use an upgrade. Otherwise it was very nice and we will be back! There's a liquor store and pizza joint ra block away. I did not hear amy neighbor or road noise.

This being due to the bunk beds are of poor quality and top 2 bunks are extremely unsafe. I took a video of how unsecured and wobbly they were. We still made the best of a bad situation, but if renting in the future I would make sure this concern was addressed. The property manager was made aware of the situation and said they will let the owners know. Had the bunk beds safely slept 4 adults this place would have probably gotten 5 stars.

Very nice get-away
The property is clean, nicely decorated and the beds are comfy (please note: the 2 bunk beds have been changed to a queen with a trundle). We can tell the owners take great pride in their away-from-home retreat and the amenities were appreciated. The property management company is very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again some day.

Fantastic Getaway
Immaculate, beautiful townhome. 20 minutes from Monarch Mountain. 5 minutes from Walmart. Easily accommodated 4 adults and 4 kids. Very comfortable, quiet and well furnished. Will definitely use again.
