Мне понравился персонал, очень приятные, вежливые и всегда готовые помочь! Отель очень чистый, красивый, удобный. Номер был просторным, с удобными кроватями, мы отлично отдыхали и спали. Также удобно, что можно было постирать вещи. И сын ходил в спорт зал, где было все необходимое.

朝食のスタッフで麺を担当する女性が声を掛けてくれたのでスムーズに麺を注文出来た。
近くに観光客が立ち寄れる店や施設は無く、ロケーションはあまり良くない。
部屋にバスタブが無かったのは残念だった。
スタッフの英語力の低さには困ってしまった。
食事は中国料理中心で、中華料理以外を望む人には嬉しく無いと思われる。
ジュースも残量が少なくなっていたが、翌朝になっても補充されていなかった。

Foreigners are allowed to stay here. It is good, because now it's really hard to find a hotel in Suzhou, where foreigners can stay. Most hotels refuse to accept foreigners.
The hotel is good, everything is new and clean. Definitely a good value for the money.
The noise isolation could have been better. Sometimes I could here local buses announcing their bus stops. Thanks God there are no buses at night.

Check in and check out timing was satisfactory, decor, breakfast. Wi-Fi. Staff friendly.
Room was unbearably hot with heating left on high temperature before arrival. We needed air conditioning all night but still didn’t cool it sufficiently. Got locked out the room - although compensated with a bottle of wine. No service to mail post cards overseas. Hot chocolate would be nice if offered in the bar.
